This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Analista de Tecnologia - Desenvolvedor(a) Mobile React Native based in Brazil.

This role focuses on developing, evolving, and sustaining a high-traffic mobile application used by thousands of active users. You will work with React Native and TypeScript across Android and iOS, contributing to both product evolution and technical modernization. The position combines hands-on development with opportunities to influence mobile architecture, engineering standards, and technical decisions. You will work in a cloud-based ecosystem alongside front-end, back-end, and corporate systems through multidisciplinary agile squads. Performance, reliability, security, observability, and a strong user experience will be central to your day-to-day work. You will also participate in production troubleshooting, releases, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives. Accountabilities

  • Develop and evolve mobile application features using React Native and TypeScript for Android and iOS.
  • Contribute to mobile architecture decisions, including modularization, componentization, state management, caching, and remote data strategies.
  • Support the technical modernization of the application through dependency upgrades, library migrations, and continued adoption of TypeScript.
  • Integrate mobile applications with REST APIs, handling authentication, sessions, errors, retries, and unstable connectivity scenarios.
  • Implement and maintain third-party integrations, including push notifications, deep links, analytics, engagement tools, and session monitoring.
  • Monitor and improve application performance, stability, and security, tracking crash rates, startup times, rendering performance, and resource consumption.
  • Work with native configurations and modules, including Gradle, Xcode, and CocoaPods, when required.
  • Participate in the mobile release lifecycle, including builds, signing, versioning, gradual rollouts, and post-release monitoring.
  • Investigate production incidents, contribute to root-cause analysis, and define preventive actions.
  • Conduct code reviews and promote mobile development best practices across the team.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to developers with different levels of experience.
  • Assess technical changes for potential impact and regression risks, communicating trade-offs and risks clearly to product, business, leadership, and other stakeholders.
  • Participate actively in agile ceremonies and contribute to the continuous improvement of team practices.
  • Professional experience developing, evolving, or supporting mobile applications with React Native.
  • Strong command of TypeScript and the React ecosystem, including hooks, rendering lifecycle, and re-render optimization.
  • Experience with state and remote-data management using Redux, Zustand, React Query/TanStack Query, or similar technologies.
  • Experience with mobile navigation using React Navigation or an equivalent solution.
  • Practical experience integrating REST APIs, token-based authentication, and robust error handling.
  • Experience publishing and managing applications through Google Play and/or the App Store.
  • Experience with automated mobile testing, including unit and component testing.
  • Familiarity with Git, agile methodologies, and multidisciplinary squad environments.
  • Ability to assess technical impacts, identify risks, and communicate technical decisions effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Higher education completed or in progress in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, or a related field.
  • Technical English proficiency for reading documentation, troubleshooting, and researching solutions.
  • Courses or certifications related to React Native, TypeScript, mobile development, software engineering, architecture, automated testing, agile methodologies, or cloud technologies are desirable.
  • Experience applying Artificial Intelligence to mobile initiatives, such as conversational assistants, personalization, LLM-based features, or structured AI use throughout the development lifecycle, is a plus.
  • Experience with e-commerce journeys, mobile CI/CD pipelines, technical and business observability, or end-to-end mobile testing is desirable.
  • Familiarity with tools such as New Relic, Firebase Crashlytics, Microsoft Clarity, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, OneSignal, or Firebase is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Node.js and NestJS, particularly BFF architectures, as well as native Android/iOS projects and build configurations, is desirable.
  • Experience in telecommunications, fintech, or digital retail environments is a plus.
