Accountabilities

  • Work autonomously across multiple projects, adapting design approaches to different products, audiences, contexts, and priorities.
  • Conduct UX research and discovery activities, including feedback analysis, desk research, benchmarking, and market studies.
  • Support the definition of personas, user journeys, and flows, identifying essential functionality and opportunities to improve the user experience.

  • Create low- and high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes, presenting and defending proposed solutions.
  • Develop responsive layouts and interfaces aligned with established visual identity and product requirements.
  • Contribute to the creation, maintenance, and evolution of Design Systems and component documentation.
  • Support and conduct usability testing, analyze findings, and incorporate relevant improvements into designs.
  • Ensure digital interfaces follow accessibility best practices and WCAG guidelines whenever applicable.
  • Use AI tools ethically and responsibly to support research, ideation, prototyping, and productivity, while critically reviewing outputs and protecting confidential information.
  • Conduct design handoffs and collaborate closely with developers and QA throughout implementation.
  • Validate implemented interfaces against approved designs and help identify and resolve visual or usability inconsistencies.
  • Bachelor’s degree or technology degree in Design, UX, Technology, or a related field, completed or in the final stage.
  • Proven professional experience as a UX/UI Designer working on digital products for web and/or mobile.
  • Strong proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
  • Experience creating, maintaining, and documenting Design Systems and reusable components.
  • Practical experience with user research, usability testing, personas, user journeys, and experience mapping.
  • Knowledge of digital accessibility principles and WCAG guidelines.
  • Experience using AI tools in the design workflow with strong awareness of ethics, privacy, data protection, and responsible use.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and different contexts with strong organization, autonomy, prioritization, and time management.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, particularly when working with product, engineering, and other cross-functional teams.
  • A portfolio demonstrating design process, problem-solving approach, and delivered results.
  • Experience with public-sector products, GovTech, geospatial solutions, maps, GIS/SIG, or territorial data is a valuable differentiator.
  • Experience designing complex products such as enterprise platforms, management systems, or data-intensive dashboards is a plus.
  • Practical experience applying AI to design workflows, including research synthesis, ideation, or AI-assisted prototyping, is desirable.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and product metrics is advantageous.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or front-end development is a plus for effective collaboration with developers.
  • Experience mentoring or supporting junior designers is desirable.
  • Interest in UX trends, digital design, emerging technologies, and artificial intelligence.
  • Opportunity to work on digital products with real-world impact across multiple contexts.
  • Collaborative environment with product, technology, and development teams.
  • Exposure to user-centered design, accessibility, Design Systems, and emerging AI-assisted design practices.
  • Opportunities for continuous learning and professional development.
  • Remote work model.
  • Exposure to complex products involving geospatial, public-sector, enterprise, and data-intensive use cases.
  • Opportunity to contribute to the evolution of design processes, standards, and digital experiences.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
