The posting

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Angular Developer based in France.

We are seeking a skilled Angular Developer to build, enhance, and maintain modern web applications and enterprise CMS-based platforms in a fully remote environment. This contract opportunity is ideal for a developer passionate about modern front-end technologies, scalable application architecture, and continuous improvement. You will contribute to the development of responsive, accessible, and high-performance user interfaces while integrating applications with APIs and backend services. The role also involves supporting micro frontend architectures and helping modernize legacy applications. Working closely with designers, engineers, and business stakeholders, you will translate requirements into reliable technical solutions. You will have the opportunity to apply the latest Angular capabilities while contributing to applications deployed in a cloud-based environment.

Accountabilities:

  • Build, develop, and maintain scalable Angular components, features, and modern web applications.
  • Use modern Angular capabilities, including Angular Signals, updated control flow, and deferred or lazy loading, to improve application performance and maintainability.
  • Develop responsive and accessible interfaces using TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS.
  • Contribute to micro frontend architecture and module-based development, including Webpack Module Federation or Native Federation where applicable.
  • Integrate front-end applications with REST APIs and backend services, working with GraphQL where required.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to deliver intuitive, responsive, and accessible user experiences.
  • Develop and maintain content-driven web experiences using enterprise CMS platforms, including Unily, headless CMS, or similar solutions.
  • Support and progressively modernize legacy applications built with AngularJS.
  • Participate in code reviews and uphold coding standards, software quality, and front-end development best practices.
  • Work with business stakeholders to understand functional requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum activities, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and story estimation.
  • Build and maintain Node.js backend components when needed.
  • Support applications and services deployed in AWS cloud environments.
  • Use development tools and workflows such as Angular CLI, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Storybook.
  • Continuously evaluate new Angular features, tools, and development practices to improve application quality and efficiency.
  • Strong hands-on experience developing applications with Angular, preferably Angular 19 or later, with Angular 17 or later required.
  • Strong proficiency in TypeScript and experience building responsive web applications using HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS.
  • Practical knowledge of Angular Signals and modern Angular development practices.
  • Strong understanding of component-based development, front-end architecture, and maintainable application design.
  • Experience integrating applications with REST APIs and backend services.
  • Familiarity with micro frontend architectures and Module Federation or Native Federation is highly valued.
  • Experience with enterprise CMS platforms, such as Unily, or other enterprise and headless CMS solutions is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with AngularJS and the modernization of legacy front-end applications is beneficial.
  • Experience with Git and Angular CLI, with exposure to CI/CD workflows and Storybook.
  • Knowledge of Node.js, GraphQL, and AWS cloud environments is an advantage.
  • Ability to work effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate business needs into practical technical solutions.
  • A proactive approach to learning, adopting new technologies, and continuously improving development practices.
  • Fully remote work arrangement.
  • Contract-based engagement.
  • Opportunity to work with modern Angular technologies and enterprise-scale web applications.
  • Exposure to micro frontend architecture, enterprise CMS platforms, Node.js, GraphQL, and AWS.
  • Opportunity to contribute to the modernization of existing applications and the adoption of current front-end development practices.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
