This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Desenvolvedor Front-End Sr (Angular/React) based in Brazil.

About the Role

As a Senior Front-End Developer, you will design and develop modern web applications using Angular and React, contributing to a robust micro-frontend architecture. You will play a key role in evolving platform standards, improving application performance, and modernizing legacy code. This fully remote opportunity offers the chance to take ownership of complex technical challenges while contributing to continuous innovation and digital transformation.

Accountabilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain new features using modern Angular and React technologies within a scalable micro-frontend architecture.
  • Improve micro-frontend composition, communication, and independent deployment patterns to enhance platform flexibility and maintainability.
  • Modernize and refactor legacy code, focusing on performance optimization, scalability, code quality, and long-term maintainability.
  • Integrate front-end applications with backend APIs developed using Java and Spring Boot, ensuring reliable communication between systems.
  • Establish and promote front-end development standards, architectural guidelines, and best practices across the team.
  • Conduct code reviews, provide constructive technical feedback, and mentor less experienced developers to strengthen team capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain automated unit tests to ensure application reliability and reduce regression risks.
  • Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to understand requirements, evaluate solutions, and deliver features aligned with business objectives.
  • Apply web accessibility standards and best practices to create inclusive and accessible user experiences.
  • Contribute to development workflows involving Git, Docker, version control, and continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Extensive professional experience in front-end web development, with strong expertise in modern Angular, particularly version 16 or later.
  • Practical experience developing and maintaining production applications using React.
  • Advanced knowledge of TypeScript, RxJS, HTML5, and SCSS.
  • Hands-on experience with micro-frontend architectures, including Module Federation, Single-SPA, or similar technologies.
  • Experience writing and maintaining unit tests using Jasmine/Karma or Jest.
  • Familiarity with Docker, Git, and CI/CD processes in modern software development environments.
  • Practical knowledge of web accessibility principles and WCAG guidelines.
  • Strong understanding of front-end architecture, application performance, scalability, and maintainable coding practices.
  • Ability to work autonomously, make sound technical decisions, and take ownership of complex development tasks.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • A proactive, quality-oriented mindset and willingness to share knowledge, mentor colleagues, and continuously improve development practices.
  • Meal allowance or food allowance.
  • Medical insurance.
  • Dental insurance.
  • Discounts on courses, universities, and language-learning institutions.
  • Access to an online learning platform offering free, updated courses with certificates.
  • Mentoring opportunities for professional development.
  • Discount programs for medical consultations and examinations.
  • Access to exclusive discounts and offers at various partner establishments.
  • Travel benefits and discounts through a dedicated travel program.
  • Pet benefits and partner services.
  • Fully remote work model, providing flexibility in your work routine.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
