This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director of Enterprise Sales, Wealth, FIs & Brokerage based in United States.
This is a senior enterprise sales leadership role focused on expanding institutional adoption of digital asset and blockchain-based financial infrastructure. You will engage C-suite executives and senior decision-makers across wealth management, financial institutions, brokerage, trading, and capital markets. The role combines strategic account development, complex enterprise sales, partnership building, and commercial negotiations. You will help customers leverage trading, stablecoin rails, and tokenization solutions while translating their needs into actionable product opportunities. The position requires deep familiarity with both traditional financial markets and the rapidly evolving digital asset ecosystem. You will work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. This is an opportunity to shape institutional adoption of next-generation financial infrastructure while building high-value, long-term customer relationships.
Accountabilities:
- Identify, target, and engage C-suite executives and other key decision-makers at large enterprise organizations, presenting trading, stablecoin rails, and tokenization solutions aligned with their strategic needs.
- Build and manage long-term relationships with strategic enterprise accounts, driving customer retention, satisfaction, expansion, and sustainable commercial growth.
- Lead complex enterprise sales processes, including RFPs, proposal development, pricing models, commercial structuring, and contract negotiations with top-tier clients.
- Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with financial institutions, blockchain platforms, exchanges, and other relevant industry stakeholders to expand market opportunities.
- Partner closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align customer requirements with product capabilities and go-to-market priorities.
- Capture and communicate feedback from customers and prospects to inform product development, platform enhancements, and future commercial opportunities.
- Represent the organization at industry conferences, events, and forums, strengthening market visibility, credibility, and relationships across the financial and digital asset ecosystem.
- Operate with a high degree of ownership and independence while collaborating transparently across teams and adapting quickly to a fast-moving industry.
- 5+ years of professional experience in brokerage, trading, capital markets, or a closely related financial services environment.
- Strong knowledge and genuine interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain, and digital assets; extensive digital asset experience is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of market structure, trading protocols, and risk management across both traditional financial markets and digital asset markets.
- Established network of institutional clients and demonstrated ability to generate new enterprise business and develop strategic relationships.
- Experience engaging senior executives and navigating complex enterprise sales cycles, commercial discussions, and negotiations.
- Strong communication, leadership, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, take ownership, and operate effectively in a rapidly changing environment.
- Collaborative and empathetic approach, with the ability to work effectively across product, engineering, marketing, and commercial teams.
- High integrity, transparency, adaptability, initiative, and willingness to continuously learn within an evolving technology and financial services landscape.
- Fully remote position available from any location within the United States.
