This opportunity is ideal for a proactive, analytical leader who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and enjoys turning complex performance data into actionable growth strategies.

Accountabilities

  • Lead paid advertising strategy, campaign execution, and performance optimization for key enterprise accounts, aligning initiatives with client objectives and business outcomes.
  • Demonstrate advanced expertise across at least two major advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, or Snapchat.
  • Manage and optimize search engine marketing campaigns, including keyword research, bid optimization, ad copy development, and ongoing performance improvements.
  • Oversee campaign quality assurance, budget pacing, and account management processes to prevent errors and ensure efficient advertising spend.
  • Apply advanced measurement techniques, including attribution, incrementality analysis, and cross-channel performance evaluation, to generate meaningful insights and improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Develop proactive strategic recommendations, identify emerging opportunities and performance risks, and communicate recommended actions before issues affect client results.
  • Maintain testing roadmaps, coordinate experimentation initiatives, and manage follow-up actions to establish a consistent cycle of testing and optimization.
  • Serve as a senior escalation point for complex accounts, resolving performance challenges and leading strategic discussions with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Audit and support strategy across approximately 8–10 existing accounts each quarter, maintaining high standards of execution and performance quality.
  • Mentor and develop team members through coaching, training sessions, platform guidance, and sharing industry best practices.
  • Identify capability gaps within the paid media team and collaborate with leadership to develop training initiatives and improve service delivery.
  • Contribute strategic expertise to new business pitches, account audits, and broader departmental initiatives.
  • Support leadership in developing and improving a core department function, executing recommendations from established strategic and operational roadmaps.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools to improve workflows, accelerate analysis, strengthen insights, and model effective technology adoption across the team.
  • Contribute to business performance goals, including client revenue productivity, client retention, and team development.
  • 5–6 years of digital marketing experience, including at least four years working in a digital marketing agency.
  • At least three years of hands-on search engine marketing experience, with a proven record of managing and optimizing large, enterprise-level accounts.
  • Strong experience in keyword research, bid optimization, campaign development, ad copy creation, and ongoing SEM performance management.
  • Significant campaign management experience in at least three additional campaign types, such as Performance Max, Standard Shopping, YouTube Ads, display advertising, local campaigns, or Microsoft Advertising.
  • At least three years of hands-on experience managing direct-response campaigns on Meta Ads.
  • Experience with additional paid media platforms, such as TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest Ads, Snapchat, or YouTube, is an advantage.
  • Experience with lead generation and B2B marketing is desirable.
  • Strong understanding of paid advertising strategy, marketing funnels, conversion optimization, and the role of individual channels within a broader media mix.
  • Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex marketing data, identify performance drivers, and translate findings into compelling business insights and recommendations.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google and Microsoft productivity tools.
  • Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills, including the ability to manage challenging conversations, explain performance fluctuations, and communicate strategic recommendations confidently.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands and manage multiple complex accounts.
  • Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and coaching abilities, with a commitment to developing team capabilities and improving service quality.
  • Self-motivation, resilience, accountability, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to learn independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced written and spoken English proficiency is essential for effective client communication and collaboration with distributed teams.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools and a willingness to integrate technology into performance analysis and campaign workflows.
  • Interest in building a long-term professional relationship with a growing, technology-driven organization.
  • Remote work opportunity for candidates based in Brazil.
  • Opportunity to work with enterprise-level clients and sophisticated paid media campaigns across multiple advertising platforms.
  • Exposure to AI-powered marketing technology and data-driven performance optimization.
  • Opportunities to develop leadership skills through mentoring, training, strategic audits, and collaboration with senior leadership.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
