Role Overview

As a Frontend Engineer, you will contribute to the development of innovative digital asset investment products that help users explore flexible earning opportunities and manage their financial goals. You will build fast, responsive, and intuitive web applications that deliver seamless experiences across desktop and mobile devices. Working closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers, you will translate business requirements into scalable, high-quality frontend solutions. You will leverage modern technologies such as React.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript to create reusable components, improve development workflows, and maintain excellent code quality. Performance optimization, application scalability, and user experience will be central to your work. You will join a globally distributed engineering team that values technical excellence, autonomy, and continuous innovation. Accountabilities

  • Develop high-quality frontend applications: Design, build, and maintain responsive web applications using React.js, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript, ensuring smooth and consistent experiences across desktop and mobile browsers.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions: Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to understand user needs, define technical approaches, and deliver effective frontend implementations.
  • Build reusable components and libraries: Design and develop modular UI components, shared libraries, and reusable frameworks that simplify complex applications, accelerate development, and improve maintainability.
  • Optimize application performance: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to improve loading speeds, responsiveness, scalability, and overall application efficiency.
  • Implement effective state management: Apply component-based architecture, React Hooks, and appropriate state management strategies to build reliable, maintainable, and efficient applications.
  • Maintain high code quality: Follow frontend development best practices, emphasizing clean code, readability, modularity, reusability, and consistent coding standards.
  • Improve frontend development workflows: Work with tools such as Webpack, Babel, ESLint, and Prettier to streamline development, support code consistency, and maintain efficient build processes.
  • Enhance user experience: Ensure applications are intuitive, accessible, responsive, and aligned with product requirements and user expectations.
  • Support scalable product development: Build frontend solutions capable of supporting complex functionality and evolving business requirements while maintaining reliability and performance.
  • Contribute to technical innovation: Explore emerging frontend technologies and development practices to identify opportunities for improvement and strengthen the engineering team's capabilities.
  • Collaborate across distributed teams: Communicate technical decisions, share knowledge, participate in development discussions, and coordinate effectively with colleagues across product, design, and engineering functions.
  • Contribute to Web3 and real-time experiences: Where applicable, apply knowledge of blockchain integrations, on-chain trading, and real-time data applications to enhance digital asset product functionality.
  • React.js expertise: Strong hands-on experience building complex, high-performance web applications using React.js.
  • JavaScript proficiency: Solid understanding of JavaScript, including ES6+ features, modern programming practices, and efficient client-side development.
  • TypeScript knowledge: Practical experience using TypeScript and static typing to improve application reliability, code clarity, and long-term maintainability.
  • Component-based architecture: Deep understanding of reusable component design, React Hooks, state management, and frontend application architecture.
  • Performance optimization: Familiarity with techniques such as code splitting, lazy loading, caching strategies, and other methods for improving frontend performance.
  • Frontend development tools: Proficiency with modern build tools and workflows, including Webpack, Babel, ESLint, and Prettier.
  • Code quality and maintainability: Strong commitment to writing clean, modular, readable, reusable, and well-structured code.
  • Responsive web development: Ability to build user-friendly applications that function consistently across different screen sizes, devices, and browsers.
  • Problem-solving skills: Strong analytical thinking and debugging capabilities, with the ability to identify technical challenges and develop practical solutions.
  • Collaboration and communication: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, understand business requirements, explain technical concepts, and contribute to shared engineering goals.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment where product requirements and technical priorities may evolve.
  • Blockchain and Web3 experience (preferred): Familiarity with on-chain trading, decentralized applications, or blockchain-based product development is an advantage.
  • Web3 libraries (preferred): Experience with ethers.js, web3.js, or similar blockchain integration libraries is beneficial.
  • Real-time data platforms (preferred): Experience developing applications that process and display real-time data is a plus.
