  • Develop clear, differentiated product messaging and positioning that communicate the value, capabilities, and competitive advantages of video security solutions.
  • Conduct market research, customer interviews, and segmentation analyses to deepen understanding of customer challenges, purchasing behaviors, and emerging opportunities.
  • Analyze competitors, market trends, target industries, and buyer personas to identify differentiation opportunities and inform product marketing decisions.
  • Lead product and feature launches, including defining target audiences, developing positioning, and creating launch plans and supporting materials.
  • Develop and coordinate marketing content, including website pages, social media content, product collateral, presentations, and other customer-facing resources.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams to design and execute go-to-market campaigns that increase product awareness, encourage adoption, and generate qualified pipeline.
  • Create sales enablement materials and internal resources that equip sales teams to communicate product value effectively and address customer needs.
  • Support sales teams in positioning solutions for specialized customer environments and communicating the benefits of integrated hardware and software technologies.
  • Build strong relationships across product management, sales, and marketing to ensure consistent messaging and coordinated execution.
  • Monitor market feedback and campaign effectiveness, using insights to refine messaging, improve product positioning, and strengthen future marketing initiatives.
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining strong organization, accountability, and follow-through.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related discipline, combined with at least five years of experience in product marketing or a similar field; alternatively, seven or more years of relevant product marketing experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in B2B product marketing, ideally involving complex enterprise technology solutions.
  • Experience developing product positioning, messaging frameworks, launch strategies, and go-to-market campaigns for specialized products or technology offerings.
  • Familiarity with integrated hardware and software solutions is an advantage, particularly experience in physical security, video surveillance, or related security technologies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create persuasive marketing content, deliver presentations, and explain complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Excellent storytelling skills, with the ability to translate technical features into customer-focused benefits and compelling business value propositions.
  • Experience conducting market research, customer discovery, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to inform marketing strategy.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with product management, sales, and cross-functional marketing teams to deliver coordinated initiatives.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple launches, campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations.
  • A proactive, curious, and adaptable mindset, with a willingness to learn new technologies, understand emerging markets, and incorporate feedback into your work.
  • Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills, combined with a high degree of ownership and accountability for project outcomes.
  • Ability to build productive relationships across teams, influence stakeholders, and work effectively in a collaborative environment.
  • Legal authorization to work in Canada indefinitely is required. Applicants must be Canadian citizens or permanent residents, as employer-sponsored work permits are not available for this position.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
