  • Monitor client health and service quality: Evaluate post-launch client performance, identify emerging concerns, and help ensure a high-quality customer support experience following go-live.
  • Drive continuous improvement: Establish feedback loops between ongoing administration, implementation, and sales teams to capture lessons learned and improve future discovery, implementation, and transition processes.
  • Stay informed on industry developments: Track benefits administration trends and emerging practices, recommending improvements to client service strategies and operational procedures where appropriate.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Relevant experience: At least five years of experience in project management, implementation, and/or client relationship management within the benefits administration industry.
  • Project management expertise: Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex projects, manage timelines and deliverables, oversee transitions, and maintain accountability across multiple stakeholder groups.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
