This is a flexible, self-employed opportunity for an experienced marketing professional looking to take greater ownership of their work, income, and lifestyle. Accountabilities:
- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns designed to build awareness, attract aligned audiences, and support the growth of your independent business.
- Create and refine content, messaging, and brand storytelling that clearly communicate your perspective and resonate with your target audience.
- Monitor marketing performance, identify what is working across different markets and channels, and continuously refine messaging and campaign approaches.
- Apply attraction-based marketing principles to generate interest and build meaningful relationships without relying primarily on cold calling or traditional outbound sales tactics.
- Take ownership of your business activities, priorities, schedule, and execution while working toward individually defined income and lifestyle goals.
- Develop leadership capabilities by supporting and guiding others within the broader business community and sharing established training and resources.
- Leverage existing backend systems, training, and proven processes rather than creating every operational component from scratch.
- Combine data, professional experience, personal judgment, and intuition when making marketing and business decisions.
- Solid professional background in marketing, with five or more years of experience preferred, particularly in senior, strategic, digital, content, or brand-focused marketing roles.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, campaign development, content strategy, audience engagement, and brand storytelling.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and execute without requiring extensive supervision or traditional corporate structures.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take responsibility for business development, performance, and income generation.
- Interest in personal growth, wellness, leadership, and attraction-based approaches to marketing.
- Ability to balance quantitative marketing insights with intuition, creativity, and an understanding of audience psychology.
- Comfortable working in an unconventional, flexible environment with limited bureaucracy and a high degree of personal autonomy.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, self-management, and leadership skills.
- Willingness to work on a self-employed, performance-based basis, where income is directly connected to individual business activity and results.
