This fully remote opportunity offers the chance to influence technology investments, accelerate product delivery, and drive meaningful improvements in a collaborative, Agile environment.

Accountabilities

  • Research customer needs, market trends, competitive offerings, and industry developments to identify opportunities for new technology solutions and product enhancements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including sales leadership, business leaders, customers, strategic partners, and technical teams, to establish priorities and maintain alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with organizational goals, business needs, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Own and manage the product roadmap and backlog, prioritizing initiatives according to business value, stakeholder requirements, and strategic objectives.
  • Participate in Agile planning activities and work with cross-functional teams to coordinate product development, feature delivery, and launches.
  • Leverage continuous delivery practices to improve release speed, predictability, and the consistent delivery of value.
  • Identify product, technical, and implementation risks, developing mitigation strategies to support successful delivery and adoption.
  • Gather, analyze, and incorporate customer feedback to improve product functionality, usability, and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Build strong relationships with strategic partners and internal stakeholders to support collaboration, informed decision-making, and long-term product success.
  • Use product management tools and Agile methodologies to track progress, manage priorities, and support iterative development.
  • Exercise independent judgment and discretion when making product decisions, resolving competing priorities, and recommending technology investments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of product management experience within technical and professional customer service environments.
  • Hands-on technical experience working with Salesforce.
  • Demonstrated experience engaging strategic partners, developing strong relationships, and coordinating initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with product management tools and software, including Azure DevOps (ADO), and experience applying Agile methodologies.
  • In-depth understanding of technical and professional customer service operations and the technology solutions that support them.
  • Proven ability to motivate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and the ability to exercise sound independent judgment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
  • A customer-focused mindset and a commitment to understanding stakeholder needs and delivering solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment with an emphasis on iterative product development and continuous improvement.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States.
  • Ability to travel by air and ground as required and comply with applicable driver eligibility requirements. Employment eligibility will be verified through a motor vehicle record check in accordance with applicable laws.
  • Please note that visa sponsorship, renewal, or extension is not available for this position.
  • Annual salary range: $100,000–$125,000 USD for the US remote position. The final offer depends on factors such as experience, education, location, and applicable local requirements.
  • Fully remote work arrangement within the United States.
  • Occasional travel opportunities to meet with technical teams and stakeholders.
  • Opportunity to influence digital transformation initiatives and lead the lifecycle of business-critical technology products.
  • Collaborative work environment involving business leaders, technical teams, customers, and strategic partners.
  • Additional employee benefits are available; specific details are provided through the partner company's careers and benefits information.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
