This position combines strategic thinking, technical expertise, and cross-functional leadership in a collaborative environment. The role offers the opportunity to influence technology decisions, improve customer experiences, and deliver measurable business outcomes while working remotely within the United States.

Accountabilities:

  • Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that supports organizational goals and delivers value to stakeholders.
  • Own and maintain product roadmaps and backlogs, prioritizing initiatives according to business value, customer needs, stakeholder expectations, and strategic objectives.
  • Participate in Agile planning sessions and other product development activities to ensure teams understand priorities and delivery expectations.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and launch new products, features, and technology solutions.
  • Use continuous delivery practices to improve release speed, delivery predictability, and the ongoing value provided to stakeholders.
  • Identify product and implementation risks, develop mitigation strategies, and help teams resolve issues throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback, evaluate product performance, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with strategic partners and internal stakeholders to support collaboration and successful product outcomes.
  • Exercise independent judgment when evaluating technology investments, balancing technical considerations with business requirements and customer expectations.
  • Work remotely with standard working hours aligned with the Central Time zone, with occasional evening or weekend work during critical project phases or product launches.
  • Travel occasionally by air or ground to meet with technical teams and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least five years of product management experience within technical and professional customer service environments.
  • Hands-on technical experience working with Salesforce.
  • Demonstrated experience engaging strategic partners, building strong relationships, and aligning stakeholders around shared goals.
  • Proficiency with product management tools and software, including Azure DevOps (ADO), and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • In-depth understanding of technical and professional customer service processes, requirements, and challenges.
  • Proven ability to motivate and coordinate cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Strong decision-making skills, including the ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment when evaluating priorities and product investments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical and business information clearly and concisely.
  • A customer-focused mindset and a commitment to understanding stakeholder needs and delivering solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment with an emphasis on iterative product development and continuous improvement.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to travel by air and ground and comply with the applicable driver eligibility policy. Employment eligibility will be verified through a motor vehicle record check in accordance with applicable laws.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship, renewal, or extension is not available for this position.
  • Ability to work remotely within the United States, maintain Central Time working hours, and accommodate occasional evening or weekend work when required.
  • Annual hiring salary range of $100,000–$125,000 for the U.S. remote position, depending on qualifications, relevant experience, education, location, and applicable legislation.
  • Remote work arrangement with occasional travel for stakeholder and technical team meetings.
  • Access to a broader employee benefits package, with details provided through the employer's career opportunities information.
  • Opportunities to contribute to digital transformation initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Opportunities for professional learning and growth within a technology-focused environment.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
