Help improve the quality, cultural accuracy, and naturalness of AI-generated content through specialized Belarusian language expertise. In this fully remote freelance project, you will review and validate AI outputs to ensure they meet high linguistic and cultural standards. You will identify subtle grammatical issues, unnatural phrasing, and cultural inaccuracies that may affect how naturally AI systems communicate. Beyond quality assurance, you will analyze recurring issues and turn your findings into structured feedback and educational resources. This opportunity is suited to language specialists who combine advanced Belarusian proficiency with experience in data annotation, evaluation, or linguistics and who can work independently in a detail-oriented environment.

Accountabilities:

  • Review, annotate, and test AI-generated outputs for grammatical accuracy, naturalness, clarity, and cultural appropriateness.
  • Identify and correct subtle linguistic errors, awkward phrasing, and cultural inconsistencies in Belarusian content.
  • Perform quality checks throughout production to ensure outputs meet established language and quality standards.
  • Evaluate data and task quality trends to identify recurring issues and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop structured educational resources, feedback documentation, and guidance based on quality findings.
  • Provide native-level linguistic vetting and consultation as project requirements expand.
  • Help improve alignment between AI task outputs, language expectations, and project guidelines.
  • Work autonomously while maintaining consistency, accuracy, and attention to linguistic detail.
  • Belarusian proficiency at C1 or C2 level.
  • Professional or educational experience in linguistics, education, or another field requiring strong linguistic attention to detail.
  • Previous practical experience in human data evaluation or annotation.
  • Excellent command of Belarusian grammar, natural phrasing, and cultural context.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify patterns in quality issues.
  • Ability to transform raw feedback and quality trends into structured, actionable educational materials.
  • Meticulous attention to detail when reviewing language outputs and applying project guidelines.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver consistent results in a remote, project-based environment.
  • Access to a secure computer and a high-speed internet connection.
  • Compensation ranging from USD 6 to USD 65 per hour, depending on experience, expertise, and geographic location. Final rates may vary from the advertised range.
  • Fully remote working arrangement.
  • Freelance/independent contractor engagement.
  • Opportunity to contribute specialized language expertise to AI development and evaluation.
  • Potential to work on projects involving linguistic quality assurance, data annotation, and resource development.
  • No company-sponsored health insurance or paid time off, as this is an independent contractor engagement.
  • Project scope, timelines, and specific working arrangements may depend on assignment requirements.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
