This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Lead Operations Support Analyst based in the United States.

The Lead Operations Support Analyst plays a key role in optimizing operational performance, system reliability, and service quality across healthcare programs. This position combines advanced operational support, technical troubleshooting, compliance oversight, and process improvement to ensure efficient and reliable service delivery. Working closely with operations, technical, reporting, and configuration teams, you will translate complex contractual and regulatory requirements into practical workflows and system solutions. You will contribute to system implementations, enhancements, testing, and operational readiness while maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance. As a subject matter expert, you will help resolve challenges, strengthen reporting processes, and identify opportunities to improve performance. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for an experienced healthcare operations professional who enjoys solving problems, leading initiatives, and making a meaningful impact on healthcare services.

Accountabilities

  • Operational Support and Issue Resolution: Provide first-level operational support for active healthcare programs, monitor system alerts, manage support tickets, run operational reports, investigate root causes, and coordinate issue resolution or escalation according to established procedures.
  • Implementation and Process Optimization: Support new initiatives, contract changes, system enhancements, and implementation activities from development and testing through operational deployment. Translate business, contractual, regulatory, and operational requirements into effective workflows, system updates, and process improvements.
  • Systems Configuration and Testing: Participate in the configuration and enhancement of the Atrezzo platform, develop and execute user acceptance testing scenarios, and configure and validate assessments to ensure accurate data capture, workflow alignment, and reporting functionality.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Monitor contractual, regulatory, and program requirements to ensure operational processes, systems, and documentation remain compliant. Conduct audits and quality reviews to identify discrepancies, operational gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Reporting and Data Accuracy: Define reporting requirements, identify necessary data elements, collaborate with technical teams, and review reports for accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Coordinate corrective actions when discrepancies arise.
  • Policies and Procedures: Develop, maintain, and review operational policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure alignment with current systems, workflows, contractual obligations, regulatory standards, and business practices.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a subject matter expert on program operations, systems, reporting, workflows, and contractual requirements. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop effective solutions and support operational readiness.
  • Leadership and Continuous Improvement: Provide guidance and knowledge-sharing to colleagues, recommend system and workflow enhancements, support scheduled maintenance and on-call activities as needed, and contribute to operational excellence while complying with applicable corporate policies, including HIPAA privacy and security requirements.
  • Education and Experience: An associate degree from an accredited college or university is required, although seven years of relevant professional experience may be accepted in lieu of the degree. Candidates must have at least five years of relevant experience in healthcare, human services, care coordination, or a related environment.
  • Leadership Experience: At least two years of supervisory, team leadership, or lead-level experience in a healthcare environment, with the ability to coordinate work, provide guidance, and support operational performance.
  • Analytical and Technical Skills: Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities, including experience investigating operational issues, troubleshooting technical problems, identifying root causes, and escalating issues appropriately.
  • Operational and Compliance Knowledge: Ability to interpret contractual, regulatory, and program requirements and translate them into workflows, procedures, system configurations, testing scenarios, and reporting processes.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments, explain complex requirements clearly, and build productive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Organization and Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and a high level of accuracy when managing documentation, reporting, audits, and system updates. Ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities, and changing deadlines independently.
  • Preferred Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) foundational concepts.
  • Preferred Industry Expertise: Substantial knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, or other healthcare sectors, along with an understanding of healthcare program operations and regulatory environments.
  • Adaptability and Initiative: A proactive, resourceful approach to problem-solving, a commitment to customer service and operational excellence, and the ability to adapt to evolving organizational priorities and project demands.
  • Work Environment: Comfortable working remotely in a desk-based role that involves extended computer use and supporting operations during Pacific Time business hours, Monday through Friday, generally between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
  • Competitive Compensation: Hourly pay ranging from $30.00 to $37.50, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
  • Remote Work: Fully remote position within the United States, supporting Pacific Time Zone business hours.
  • Health Coverage: Comprehensive healthcare plans designed to support employee well-being.
  • Paid Time Off: Paid leave to support work-life balance and personal needs.
  • Retirement Savings: Retirement savings plan to help employees prepare for the future.
  • Wellness Programs: Corporate wellness resources and programs.
  • Educational Assistance: Support for continued learning, professional development, and educational advancement.
  • Employee Discounts: Access to corporate discounts and additional employee benefits.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
