This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Licensed Sales and Service Insurance Agent based in the United States.
This role is an opportunity to combine insurance expertise, consultative selling, and exceptional customer service in a member-focused environment. You will help customers understand their coverage, identify suitable insurance solutions, and confidently guide them from initial quote through policy completion. The position also involves servicing existing policies, assessing risk, and ensuring accurate documentation throughout the customer journey. You’ll work in a fast-paced, adherence-focused setting where strong communication, sound judgment, and attention to detail are essential. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who can manage high call volumes while maintaining a professional and personalized experience. You’ll have the opportunity to build lasting relationships with customers while supporting a passionate community of automotive enthusiasts. This is a remote opportunity available to licensed candidates in select U.S. states.
Accountabilities
- Promote and sell insurance products and services to customers and agency partners.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from the initial customer conversation and quote through education, product recommendations, and closing.
- Explain insurance policies, coverage options, and new products clearly and accurately to customers.
- Service existing insurance policies promptly, professionally, and in accordance with established procedures.
- Assess risk associated with new and existing policies and apply appropriate underwriting considerations.
- Prepare complete, accurate, and timely documentation supporting customer and policy activities.
- Manage a high volume of telephone interactions while maintaining professionalism, efficiency, and a strong customer-service focus.
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and collaborate with leaders on strengths, development areas, and performance opportunities.
- Use available computer systems and business applications efficiently to manage customer interactions, documentation, and insurance activities.
- Maintain compliance with applicable insurance regulations, internal procedures, and relevant business controls.
- Active personal lines or Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license required.
- Demonstrated experience delivering high-quality customer service, ideally within an insurance, sales, or service environment.
- Strong sales orientation with the ability to identify customer needs, explain solutions, overcome objections, and advance opportunities toward closure.
- Ability to thrive in an adherence-based environment while consistently following established processes and standards.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to make sound decisions and think effectively on your feet.
- Self-motivated and proactive approach, with the confidence to take initiative and ownership of customer interactions.
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional, customer-focused telephone manner.
- Ability to learn new products, processes, systems, and regulations quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
- Effective use of Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and leadership.
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
- Must be able to work from a designated distraction-free remote workplace.
- Candidates must reside in an eligible location, including Georgia, Michigan, Texas, Utah, Idaho, or Florida.
