The posting

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Member of Enterprise Technology, IT Systems & Support based in United States.

This role is responsible for architecting and maintaining the enterprise technology backbone that enables a secure, scalable, and reliable organization. You will own critical platforms such as Google Workspace, Kandji MDM, identity systems, and SaaS integrations. The position combines strategic systems engineering with hands-on administration and technical support. You will design automation and identity workflows that simplify employee lifecycle management and reduce manual effort. Working closely with Security and Enterprise Technology teams, you will strengthen compliance, endpoint protection, and infrastructure resilience. The environment values autonomy, pragmatic problem-solving, and the ability to move comfortably between complex systems work and operational needs. Your work will have a direct impact on the security, efficiency, and reliability of enterprise technology across the organization.

Accountabilities

  • Configure, optimize, and harden enterprise platforms including Google Workspace, Kandji MDM, identity solutions, and critical SaaS integrations.
  • Design and implement scalable enterprise system integrations, balancing security, compliance, usability, reliability, and operational efficiency.
  • Build automated identity and user-lifecycle workflows using SCIM, APIs, identity management platforms, and platform-native automation.
  • Manage endpoint and device infrastructure, including MDM policies, hardware provisioning, device deployment workflows, Chrome OS management, and endpoint security configurations.
  • Collaborate with Security and Enterprise Technology stakeholders on system audits, compliance requirements, security improvements, and infrastructure initiatives.
  • Provide reliable systems administration and escalated technical support during periods of high demand or when additional IT coverage is required.
  • Translate stakeholder requirements into practical technical solutions while balancing business needs, security considerations, and user experience.
  • Develop technical documentation, architecture guidance, operational procedures, and knowledge-sharing materials to strengthen team capabilities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve enterprise systems, automate repetitive processes, and increase operational scalability and reliability.
  • 4+ years of experience managing enterprise identity and systems platforms such as Google Workspace, Okta, Azure AD, or comparable technologies, with strong hands-on configuration expertise.
  • Extensive experience with MDM platforms such as Kandji, Jamf, or Intune, including policy management, device provisioning, Chrome OS administration, and security configuration.
  • Proven experience implementing SSO integrations using SAML and OIDC, as well as SCIM-based provisioning across multiple SaaS applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop automations and integrations that reduce manual administration through APIs, scripting, or platform-native tools.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise systems administration, identity management, endpoint security, integrations, and technology operations.
  • A pragmatic and adaptable approach, with willingness to contribute to user-facing technical support when operational coverage requires it.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical teams, security stakeholders, and business users.
  • Ability to independently investigate complex technical issues, develop practical solutions, and document systems and processes clearly.
  • Scripting or programming experience with Python, JavaScript, or Bash is a plus.
  • Experience with Google Workspace APIs, Okta APIs, or other enterprise platform APIs is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in fintech, cryptocurrency, financial services, or another highly regulated environment is preferred.
  • Base compensation: The original posting does not specify a salary range for this position.
  • Remote work: Full-time remote position based in the United States.
  • Security-focused onboarding: In-person onboarding is required for new hires as part of the organization's security and IT setup process.
  • Inclusive environment: Commitment to a welcoming, respectful, and diverse workplace.
  • Career development: Opportunity to work across enterprise systems, identity, automation, endpoint management, security, and emerging financial technology.
  • Meaningful technical ownership: Autonomy to design and improve systems that support a growing, security-conscious organization.
  • Cross-functional exposure: Close collaboration with Enterprise Technology, Security, and other business stakeholders.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
