  • Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Security: Design and implement relevant Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) security controls, including identity and access management policies, network security, encryption, key management, logging, and monitoring.
  • Security Assessments and Remediation: Lead security and controls assessments, identify gaps, develop remediation plans, and coordinate audit support for frameworks and regulations such as SOX, SOC, ISO 27001, GDPR, and CCPA.
  • Security Governance and Monitoring: Establish governance frameworks, access request workflows, role certification processes, and continuous control monitoring to maintain effective security practices throughout the cloud environment.
  • Data Conversion and Migration: Oversee data conversion strategies, migration activities, data quality, and governance processes to support successful Oracle Cloud implementations and reliable business information.
  • Transformation Program Leadership: Manage data and security workstreams across complex, multi-year enterprise transformation programs, ensuring alignment with implementation milestones, business objectives, and technical requirements.
  • Team Management and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary teams of senior consultants, data architects, security specialists, and conversion developers across onshore and offshore delivery models.
  • Client and Executive Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, IT leaders, finance teams, internal audit, compliance professionals, and other key stakeholders. Communicate complex technical challenges and recommendations clearly to decision-makers.
  • Issue Resolution and Risk Management: Serve as a key escalation point for data, security, and controls issues, driving timely resolution, quality assurance, change control, and risk mitigation across assigned workstreams.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal audit, risk, compliance, and technology teams to ensure security and control frameworks meet organizational objectives and applicable regulatory standards.
  • Practice Development and Business Growth: Contribute to the development of reusable accelerators, templates, methodologies, and training materials. Support business development through proposal preparation, solution demonstrations, project scoping, and client strategy development.
  • Project Delivery and Quality Assurance: Monitor project scope, budgets, timelines, dependencies, and deliverable quality while ensuring effective coordination across teams and successful implementation outcomes.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Systems (IS), or another relevant discipline is required.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
