The posting

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Designer (AI and Innovation Focus) based in Brazil.

We are looking for a creative, user-focused Product Designer passionate about innovation and the future of AI-powered digital experiences. In this role, you will transform user needs and business opportunities into intuitive, accessible, and impactful product experiences. You will explore how generative AI can enhance research, ideation, prototyping, and product interactions while ensuring transparency, usability, and user trust. Working closely with Product, Engineering, Data, Marketing, and Customer Success teams, you will help shape product strategy and deliver solutions grounded in research and measurable outcomes. You will contribute to the evolution of design systems, champion continuous experimentation, and promote responsible AI adoption throughout the design process. This is an opportunity to take ownership, challenge conventional approaches, and help define innovative digital experiences in a collaborative, fully remote environment.

Accountabilities

  • Design AI-powered experiences: Create intuitive, efficient, and ethical user experiences for generative AI features, including virtual assistants, copilots, semantic search, personalized recommendations, and adaptive workflows. Ensure interactions are transparent, predictable, personalized, and trustworthy.
  • Conduct user research and market analysis: Lead qualitative and quantitative research to identify user needs, pain points, market opportunities, and emerging trends. Use AI tools to process large datasets, transcribe and synthesize interviews, analyze sentiment, and uncover behavioral patterns and predictive insights.
  • Apply structured design methodologies: Organize and document the end-to-end design process, adapting the Triple Diamond framework and leveraging AI to accelerate discovery, research synthesis, and ideation.
  • Accelerate prototyping and evolve design systems: Build user flows and high-fidelity, functional prototypes using generative AI tools and plugins. Apply principles of visual hierarchy, Gestalt, contrast, and typography while evolving design systems to support intelligent and adaptive components.
  • Plan and conduct experiments: Design and execute concept tests, usability studies, fake-door tests, A/B experiments, and questionnaires. Leverage AI-assisted analysis to identify feedback patterns, validate hypotheses, and continuously improve product experiences.
  • Make data-informed design decisions: Monitor and interpret experience and product performance metrics, including NPS, CSAT, CES, conversion, and retention. Combine quantitative and qualitative insights to guide prioritization and product improvements.
  • Collaborate across disciplines: Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, Marketing, and Customer Success to translate technical AI capabilities into meaningful user and business value. Clearly document design decisions and align them with guidelines, OKRs, and product backlogs.
  • Champion innovation and accessibility: Explore emerging AI technologies, tools, and global design practices. Promote WCAG accessibility standards, inclusive design, usability, and ethical AI principles throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Communicate and advocate for design: Present and defend design decisions using research, technical reasoning, and data. Translate complex AI concepts into clear, accessible explanations for stakeholders and end users.
  • Product design and UX/UI expertise: Strong knowledge of product design principles, usability, accessibility, and agile frameworks, with experience across the full Product Discovery and Delivery lifecycle. Ability to design cohesive experiences across visual, textual, and emotional interactions.
  • Practical experience with AI tools: Regular use of AI tools and agents such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Figma AI plugins, and transcription or synthesis tools to improve research, copywriting, visual ideation, and design workflows.
  • Advanced visual and interface design skills: Strong visual judgment and a solid understanding of color, composition, hierarchy, and typography for web and mobile interfaces. Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, Auto Layout, variables, and libraries, as well as familiarity with Claude Design and other AI-powered prototyping tools.
  • Understanding of UX for AI: Knowledge of the unique challenges of AI-mediated interactions, including latency, loading states, error handling, hallucinations, user engagement, and determining when AI is appropriate for a given use case.
  • Communication and storytelling: Ability to articulate and defend design decisions with technical and data-driven reasoning, making complex AI concepts understandable to stakeholders and users.
  • Problem-solving and adaptability: A proactive, curious, investigative mindset, with strong analytical skills and the ability to adapt to rapidly evolving technologies and changing product needs.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams, balance user needs with business objectives, and take ownership of design initiatives from discovery through delivery.
  • Experience designing and launching AI-native products, conversational user interfaces (CUI), chatbots, or machine-learning-powered workflows.
  • Previous experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments such as startups, SaaS companies, fintechs, legaltechs, or lawtechs, with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering for design, content generation, and prototyping.
  • Basic data analysis skills using SQL, Python, or analytics platforms such as Amplitude and Mixpanel.
  • More than six years of Product Design experience within multidisciplinary technology teams at digital product companies.
  • Fully remote work: Work remotely from Brazil.
  • Flexible, trust-based culture: An environment focused on results, clear communication, collaboration, empathy, and continuous learning.
  • Autonomy and ownership: Opportunities to take initiative, lead projects, and influence product decisions.
  • Supportive leadership: Regular feedback and one-on-one meetings with a people-focused leadership team, without micromanagement.
  • Meal and food allowances: Benefits to support everyday meals and food expenses.
  • Childcare assistance: Support for eligible childcare needs.
  • Home office allowance: Assistance for remote working expenses.
  • Health and education support: Benefits and allowances designed to support personal well-being and professional development.
  • Culture and fitness benefits: Access to fitness programs and cultural perks.
  • Birthday day off: Time off to celebrate your birthday.
  • Therapy and English courses: Discounts on therapy and English-language courses, along with access to additional partner offers.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
