The posting

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Specialist (PIX4Dcatch) based in Netherlands.

We are looking for a customer-focused Product Specialist to help B2B customers maximize the value of an innovative mobile reality-capture solution. In this role, you will act as the voice of the customer within the product development team, combining technical expertise, product knowledge, and customer engagement. You will troubleshoot complex issues, support successful product adoption, and translate customer feedback into actionable insights that shape product improvements. Working closely with developers, UX designers, product managers, and commercial teams, you will help ensure new features meet real-world customer needs. You will also contribute to product releases, beta-testing initiatives, and data-driven product decisions in an international, multicultural environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically curious professional who enjoys solving problems, building customer relationships, and influencing the evolution of a growing software product.

Accountabilities

  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Serve as the product expert for the PIX4Dcatch mobile application, investigating and resolving technical issues for enterprise customers. Collaborate with developers to report, track, and prioritize bugs while recommending product improvements based on recurring customer challenges.
  • Customer Feedback and Product Improvement: Act as the voice of the customer throughout the product development lifecycle. Gather, document, and communicate customer feedback to product managers, developers, and UX designers to help prioritize improvements and ensure the product addresses real-world needs.
  • Beta Testing and Customer Engagement: Coordinate beta-testing initiatives with key B2B customers, collect early feedback on new features, and organize follow-up discussions to gain deeper insights into customer needs, workflows, and product expectations.
  • Product Release Coordination: Communicate new features, product updates, and improvements to internal stakeholders and key customer accounts. Prepare customer communications, webinars, presentations, and support documentation to facilitate smooth releases and encourage product adoption.
  • Cross-Functional Product Support: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Customer Service teams to explain product capabilities, communicate feature value, and support complex customer workflows and integrations.
  • Product Adoption and Analytics: Monitor product usage and adoption metrics to validate customer feedback, identify emerging patterns, and support data-informed product decisions.
  • Market and Competitive Analysis: Research market trends, customer expectations, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for product development and strengthen the product's market positioning.
  • Product Development Coordination: Coordinate the development of clearly defined, lower-complexity features, working with relevant product and engineering teams to ensure requirements are understood and delivery remains on track.
  • Technical Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Develop and maintain clear product documentation, troubleshooting resources, and internal knowledge materials to improve support consistency and help teams stay informed.
  • Global Customer Support Alignment: Coordinate with customer service colleagues across regions to share product knowledge, resolve escalated issues, and ensure customers receive accurate and consistent technical guidance.
  • A bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with a focus on geospatial technologies, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Candidates with a strong product-oriented background outside the geospatial industry are also encouraged to apply.
  • Approximately 2–4 years of relevant experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in Associate Product Management, Technical Support, Customer Success, Product Operations, or a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills at a C2 level, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and adapt communication to different audiences.
  • Familiarity with product development, analytics, and customer support tools such as Jira, Confluence, HubSpot, and Mixpanel.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to investigate technical issues, identify root causes, and translate findings into practical recommendations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build trust, establish rapport, and maintain productive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • A proactive, customer-centric, and solutions-oriented mindset, with a genuine interest in understanding user needs and improving product experiences.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills, including the ability to manage multiple customer accounts, priorities, and product-related initiatives simultaneously.
  • A demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly, develop deep product expertise, and communicate product capabilities confidently.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with developers, UX designers, product managers, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
  • Experience with geographic information systems (GIS), real-time kinematic (RTK) GNSS rovers, geospatial data capture, or mobile application product development is a strong advantage.
  • An interest in reality capture, photogrammetry, computer vision, digital twins, or other technologies used to create accurate 2D maps and 3D models is beneficial.
  • The ability to work effectively in an international, multicultural environment and contribute to a collaborative, continuous-learning culture.
  • Innovative technology: The opportunity to work with cutting-edge software and technologies in reality capture, geospatial data, and 3D modeling.
  • Flexible working hours: Flexibility to organize your working schedule while meeting team and customer needs.
  • Paid vacation: Paid annual leave, with the allowance determined by location.
  • Employee Assistance Program: Access to mental health, legal, and financial assistance resources.
  • International collaboration: Work with colleagues and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds in a multicultural environment.
  • Professional development: Opportunities to strengthen your technical expertise, product management skills, and customer engagement capabilities.
  • Meaningful product impact: Contribute directly to product improvements by connecting customer insights with development priorities.
  • Collaborative culture: Join a supportive, intellectually stimulating environment that values knowledge sharing, creativity, and continuous improvement.
  • Company social events: Opportunities to connect with colleagues and build relationships beyond day-to-day work.
  • Inclusive workplace: A commitment to equal opportunities, structured recruitment practices, and a respectful working environment for people from diverse backgrounds.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
