  • Prospect regularly to expand the producer network, re-engage inactive or former producers, and increase distribution across the territory.
  • Prioritize accounts and sales activities using market intelligence, performance data, and strategic business objectives.
  • Conduct field-based and virtual sales activities, including advisor meetings, client seminars, product training, point-of-sale support, and continuing education sessions.
  • Collaborate with internal sales leadership and relevant teams to coordinate resources, share market insights, and improve territory performance.
  • Manage time, travel, and territory resources effectively while maintaining strong organization, productivity, and follow-through.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned.

  • At least two years of external annuity wholesaling experience preferred; candidates with a successful background in internal wholesaling may also be considered.
  • Life and Health insurance licensing preferred.
  • FINRA Series 6 and/or Series 7 and Series 63 licenses preferred; additional relevant professional designations are encouraged.
  • Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build and sustain trusted relationships with financial advisors and business partners.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to use sales systems and business tools effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, including the capacity to address complex situations with limited standardized procedures.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, customers, and external stakeholders while managing competing priorities.
  • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, with the ability to meet deadlines and maintain sales momentum.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
