  • Communicate effectively: Use strong written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills when interacting with representatives, colleagues, management, and other stakeholders.
  • Solve problems efficiently: Analyze issues, identify appropriate solutions, and resolve assigned matters while maintaining expected quality standards.
  • Manage competing priorities: Organize and complete multiple assignments within specified timeframes while adapting quickly and efficiently to changes in procedures or policies.
  • Maintain quality and productivity: Complete assigned responsibilities accurately, efficiently, and within established expectations and deadlines.
  • Education and experience: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or at least 3 years of relevant work experience in the securities industry.
  • Required licensing: Series 6 and 26 or Series 7 and 24 licenses are required, with the possibility of obtaining the required licenses through a learning agreement.
  • Securities knowledge: Familiarity with individual securities and market dynamics is preferred.
  • Communication: Strong writing, presentation, verbal communication, and coaching skills, with the ability to communicate clearly across different audiences.
  • Problem-solving: Effective analytical and problem-solving abilities, with sound judgment when handling inquiries and operational challenges.
  • Technology skills: Excellent PC and computer skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a remote environment.
  • Interpersonal skills: Strong interpersonal abilities and a collaborative approach to working with representatives, management, and colleagues.
  • Organization: Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain quality while handling changing demands.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable responding quickly and efficiently to changes in procedures, policies, priorities, and business requirements.
  • Accountability: Demonstrated ability to complete assigned tasks within specified timeframes while consistently meeting quality expectations.
  • Competitive Compensation: $35,000 annual salary for candidates who are not yet fully licensed, increasing to $50,000 annually once all required exams are passed and full licensing is achieved.
  • Fully Remote: Work remotely from within the United States.
  • Health Coverage: Health, dental, and vision insurance available from day one.
  • Retirement Benefits: 401(k) plan with a competitive employer match.
  • Paid Time Off: Vacation, sick, holiday, and volunteer time off.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
