This remote opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented, analytical professional who enjoys solving complex problems and delivering measurable business impact in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Accountabilities:

  • Sales leadership and strategic support: Partner with sales leaders to provide data-driven insights, forecasting assistance, and performance analysis that inform strategic decisions and support revenue growth.
  • Performance monitoring and reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, reporting frameworks, and key performance indicators to track sales attainment, individual and team productivity, and pipeline health.
  • Sales productivity optimization: Create analytical frameworks and practical tools that help sales representatives prioritize high-value activities, focus on the most promising accounts, and improve efficiency throughout the sales funnel.
  • Sales operations administration: Support and streamline territory assignments, quota setting, incentive tracking, and CRM data management to reduce administrative workloads and maintain accurate reporting.
  • Experimentation and performance insights: Design and analyze A/B tests, pilot programs, and cohort analyses to evaluate sales strategies, incentive structures, and process improvements.
  • Scalable processes and systems: Build repeatable reporting structures, dashboards, and operational workflows that support the effective management of larger and more complex sales teams.
  • Operational excellence: Identify process bottlenecks, assess workflow inefficiencies, and recommend improvements that enhance sales effectiveness, productivity, and market coverage.
  • Data analysis and modeling: Extract, transform, analyze, and model data to uncover trends, identify performance gaps, and generate actionable recommendations for business stakeholders.
  • AI and automation initiatives: Apply AI-powered tools and automation technologies to streamline reporting, improve analytical workflows, and scale the delivery of business insights.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Finance, Product, and other relevant teams to align revenue operations initiatives with broader organizational priorities.
  • Continuous improvement: Communicate findings clearly, promote accountability through performance reporting, and recommend data-backed initiatives that improve sales processes and business outcomes.
  • Hold a bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Have at least 2 years of experience in a highly analytical role within Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, business analysis, or a similar function.
  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency with data visualization and business intelligence platforms such as Tableau, Domo, Power BI, or Looker, including the ability to create effective, decision-oriented dashboards.
  • Possess expert-level Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, advanced formulas, and complex data analysis techniques.
  • Have strong experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, including report generation, dashboard creation, and sales data management.
  • Demonstrate hands-on experience using AI or automation tools to improve productivity, streamline operational processes, or scale reporting and analytical insights.
  • Possess a strong understanding of sales processes, revenue performance metrics, pipeline management, forecasting, and sales productivity measurement.
  • Have solid analytical and technical skills, including the ability to query, transform, organize, and model data to support business decisions.
  • Communicate complex analytical findings clearly and effectively, translating data into practical recommendations for non-technical stakeholders at different organizational levels.
  • Demonstrate strategic thinking, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect analytical insights to business objectives.
  • Be capable of working independently, managing multiple projects, prioritizing competing demands, and adapting to a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
  • Experience with SQL or Python for data extraction and modeling is considered an asset.
  • Familiarity with lead scoring, account-based marketing (ABM), and customer lifecycle management is an advantage.
  • Be willing to travel occasionally as required, approximately 2–5 times per year.
  • Competitive compensation: Annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $95,000 USD, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and other relevant factors.
  • Comprehensive healthcare: Medical, dental, and vision coverage to support employee health and well-being.
  • Health spending benefits: Employer contributions to Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and access to Flexible Spending Account (FSA) options, subject to eligibility.
  • Retirement savings: Employer-matched 401(k) plan with immediate vesting.
  • Paid time off: Vacation, personal, and sick leave to support work-life balance.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
