Accountabilities

  • Develop Salesforce applications: Design, build, and maintain scalable solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Customize and automate business processes: Create and enhance Lightning pages, custom components, Salesforce Flows, validation rules, custom objects, and other declarative automation capabilities.
  • Support multiple Salesforce clouds: Develop and maintain solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud to meet evolving business requirements.
  • Build and maintain integrations: Connect Salesforce with external applications and enterprise systems using REST and SOAP APIs, middleware, and event-driven integration patterns.
  • Contribute to solution architecture: Participate in technical design discussions, estimation sessions, architecture reviews, and code reviews to ensure scalable and maintainable implementations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders: Work with business analysts and product managers to clarify requirements, define acceptance criteria, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Maintain development quality: Follow coding standards, source-control practices, branching strategies, CI/CD processes, and release-management procedures.
  • Support testing and deployment: Assist with quality assurance, user acceptance testing, defect resolution, production validation, unit testing, and regression readiness.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize the platform: Investigate production incidents, conduct root-cause analysis, identify technical debt, and recommend improvements to performance, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Improve documentation and delivery practices: Maintain technical documentation and contribute to stronger development standards, deployment processes, and DevOps maturity.
  • Collaborate across distributed teams: Coordinate with onshore, offshore, nearshore, and external vendor teams to deliver projects efficiently.
  • Stay current with Salesforce innovations: Monitor platform releases and assess new features and technologies that could improve business capabilities and user experiences.
  • Salesforce development experience: Strong hands-on experience developing and maintaining Salesforce applications in an enterprise environment.
  • Lightning Web Components: Deep expertise in LWC development and the customization of Salesforce user interfaces.
  • Apex programming: Strong knowledge of Apex classes, triggers, asynchronous processing, batch jobs, and automated test classes.
  • Salesforce data technologies: Proficiency in SOQL, SOSL, Salesforce data modeling, and platform architecture.
  • Security and access management: Understanding of Salesforce profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, and access-control mechanisms.
  • Declarative development: Experience using Salesforce Flow, validation rules, and other native automation capabilities.
  • API integrations: Demonstrated experience developing or supporting integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
  • DevOps and deployment: Familiarity with Salesforce DX, Git-based source control, CI/CD pipelines, and structured release-management practices.
  • Development tools: Experience with tools such as GitHub, Azure DevOps, Flosum, Copado, Gearset, or comparable platforms.
  • Software delivery practices: Understanding of enterprise development standards, code reviews, the software development lifecycle (SDLC), and Agile or sprint-based delivery.
  • Troubleshooting and analytical skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a structured approach to diagnosing technical issues.
  • Communication and teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders and communicate complex concepts clearly.
  • Preferred industry experience: Background in insurance, brokerage, financial services, or other regulated industries is an advantage.
  • Additional technical experience: Familiarity with Experience Cloud portals, complex integrations, data migration, large-volume data processing, MuleSoft, or Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) is beneficial.
  • Emerging Salesforce technologies: Exposure to CRM Analytics (CRMA), Tableau, Data Cloud, Agentforce, automated testing frameworks, or QA automation is a plus.
  • Preferred certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I or II, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, or Experience Cloud Consultant.
  • Professional approach: A proactive, adaptable mindset, a commitment to code quality, and an interest in continuous learning and collaborative problem-solving.
  • Competitive annual salary: Base salary ranging from $79,700 to $139,500, depending on experience, skills, education, certifications, location, and other applicable factors.
  • Performance incentives: Eligibility for additional performance-based compensation, subject to applicable program terms.
  • Remote work: A remote working arrangement offering flexibility in where you work.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
