This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Campaign Manager, Partnerships based in the United States.

Overview

The Senior Campaign Manager, Partnerships will lead the operational execution of campaigns sourced through major social media platforms, including YouTube, TikTok, Meta, and Pinterest. This role sits at the intersection of influencer marketing, social commerce, and strategic partnerships, ensuring campaigns are delivered efficiently and meet partner expectations. You will manage campaign opportunities from initial intake through execution, reporting, and performance evaluation. Working closely with marketing, agency leadership, and cross-functional teams, you will optimize workflows, allocate resources, and maintain high delivery standards. You will also build trusted relationships with platform partners while mentoring team members and coordinating multiple workstreams. This is an exciting opportunity to influence the growth of high-impact partnership programs within a fast-paced, collaborative, and remote-first environment.

Accountabilities

  • Manage platform partnerships: Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for social platform partner teams, building strong relationships and maintaining clear communication throughout campaign execution.
  • Oversee campaign delivery: Manage incoming opportunities from initial intake to completion, translating partner and brand objectives into actionable campaign scopes, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate team resources: Allocate campaigns across Campaign Managers and Campaign Associates based on workload, capacity, and expertise, providing guidance, mentorship, and ongoing support.
  • Ensure quality and compliance: Monitor campaign progress against partner service-level agreements (SLAs), delivery expectations, and quality standards, proactively identifying risks and resolving issues.
  • Track and report performance: Monitor campaign volume, delivery, and results across platforms, transforming data into clear reports and polished presentations for internal leadership and external partners.
  • Optimize operational processes: Collaborate with agency leadership to improve workflows, tracking systems, project management practices, and campaign coordination processes.
  • Support strategic partnership management: Work closely with the Partnerships Manager to maintain the health of platform relationships, ensuring operational execution aligns with partnership objectives and commercial priorities.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration: Coordinate priorities across internal teams, encourage open communication, share feedback, and contribute to a supportive and high-performing team culture.
  • Manage competing priorities: Oversee multiple partnerships and campaign workstreams simultaneously, maintaining organization, attention to detail, and consistent delivery quality in a dynamic environment.
  • Champion continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to improve campaign operations, introduce new ideas, and strengthen processes as partnership programs scale.
  • Professional experience: At least 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, communications, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Partnership management: Demonstrated experience managing relationships with partners, digital platforms, vendors, or external stakeholders.
  • Social media expertise: Working knowledge of the creator, advertising, and partnership ecosystems across YouTube, TikTok, Meta, and Pinterest.
  • Campaign and project management: Experience coordinating multiple campaigns, managing timelines and deliverables, prioritizing competing demands, and maintaining high execution standards.
  • Team coordination: Ability to allocate work according to team capacity and individual strengths, with experience mentoring or managing team members considered an advantage.
  • Reporting and analytics: Strong tracking and reporting skills, including the ability to interpret campaign data and communicate meaningful insights to leadership and partners.
  • Communication and presentation: Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Organizational excellence: Exceptional attention to detail, resourcefulness, and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams independently and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Adaptability and initiative: A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, sound judgment, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while adjusting to evolving priorities.
  • Technical proficiency: Strong command of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, including Docs, Sheets, Slides, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree or higher is strongly preferred.
  • Preferred qualifications: Experience with social platform partner programs, team leadership or mentoring, TikTok Shop, and social commerce campaigns is a plus.
  • Competitive compensation: Annual base salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, depending on experience, expertise, and location.
  • Performance incentives: Eligibility for a bonus in addition to base salary.
  • Comprehensive healthcare: Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Remote work flexibility: Work remotely from the United States, with support for internet connectivity and home office setup.
  • Retirement savings: Access to a 401(k) retirement savings plan.
  • Flexible paid time off: Flexible PTO to support personal needs, rest, and work-life balance.
  • Paid parental leave: Four months of fully paid parental leave for new parents.
  • Professional development: Customized training, coaching, career advancement opportunities, clearer career pathways, and an annual education stipend.
  • End-of-year break: Typically, a company-wide closure between Christmas and New Year's, subject to team workload and customer support requirements.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
