This senior leadership role will define how a complex enterprise platform and its AI capabilities are positioned, differentiated, and brought to market. You will shape the foundational narrative connecting platform technology, AI innovation, and customer value across finance, risk, and sustainability. Working closely with product, marketing, sales, and AI/ML leaders, you will turn sophisticated technical capabilities into compelling market stories. You will lead a high-performing team spanning corporate messaging, AI positioning, platform marketing, technical product marketing, and launch operations. The role combines strategic vision with hands-on influence, from executive storytelling and market positioning to product launches and technical demonstrations. You will bring customer, buyer, and competitive insights into strategic decisions while anticipating shifts in AI and enterprise technology. This is an opportunity to establish the voice of an evolving category and build a world-class product marketing function at enterprise scale.

Accountabilities

  • Define and own the overarching positioning and narrative for the enterprise platform and its AI capabilities, establishing a differentiated and credible market presence.
  • Develop messaging that clearly communicates the value of the platform's data foundation, workflows, controls, reporting, extensibility, and AI capabilities.
  • Partner with portfolio and solutions marketing leaders to ensure platform messaging aligns with and strengthens the broader corporate and go-to-market narrative.
  • Serve as a senior thought leader, influencing campaigns, content, events, executive communications, and external market storytelling.
  • Lead the positioning strategy for AI capabilities, ensuring messaging is differentiated, technically credible, and grounded in meaningful customer outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management and AI/ML leadership to translate innovation and technical developments into compelling market opportunities.
  • Build and scale a technical product marketing function capable of transforming complex platform and AI capabilities into practical, engaging use cases.
  • Guide the development of high-impact demonstrations, including live demos, recorded walkthroughs, interactive experiences, product videos, and event content.
  • Partner with web, video, events, sales enablement, and other marketing functions to bring platform capabilities to life across key customer touchpoints.
  • Partner with product leadership to establish strong alignment around product launches, market readiness, and go-to-market execution.
  • Oversee the execution of major product and innovation launches, ensuring consistent messaging, enablement, and market activation.
  • Bring customer, buyer, competitive, and market intelligence into strategic conversations to influence platform direction and roadmap priorities.
  • Anticipate market shifts driven by AI, evolving enterprise buyer expectations, and competitive dynamics, adapting positioning accordingly.
  • Recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing team covering corporate messaging, AI, platform capabilities, and technical product marketing.
  • Foster a culture centered on strategic thinking, accountability, innovation, collaboration, and continuous professional growth.
  • Increase the influence and strategic value of platform product marketing across product, marketing, sales, and executive leadership teams.
  • 12+ years of experience in product marketing, including at least 5 years leading high-performing teams.
  • Undergraduate degree required.
  • Proven expertise in enterprise B2B SaaS platform strategy, product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts, particularly AI and platform architecture, into clear, compelling, and differentiated customer value.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise technology markets and the ability to anticipate changes in buyer expectations and competitive dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills and experience partnering with product management, marketing, sales, AI/ML, and other business leaders.
  • Demonstrated success connecting product marketing programs to sales enablement, business growth, and measurable revenue impact.
  • Experience building, scaling, and developing high-performing product marketing teams.
  • Ability to operate strategically while maintaining sufficient executional depth to drive complex initiatives forward.
  • Strong customer orientation, analytical thinking, judgment, and ability to turn market insights into actionable strategy.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% as required.
  • Reliable internet access when working remotely outside an office environment.
  • Salary: US salary range of $185,000–$315,000, with the actual offer determined based on factors including location, experience, qualifications, skills, and other relevant considerations.
  • Annual bonus: Eligibility for a discretionary bonus, typically paid annually.
  • Equity: Restricted Stock Units granted at the time of hire.
  • Retirement: 401(k) matching program.
  • Healthcare: Comprehensive employee benefits package.
  • Work flexibility: Remote-friendly working model, allowing employees to work where they are most effective within their country of employment.
  • Leadership scope: Opportunity to build and lead a world-class product marketing organization with broad strategic influence.
  • Strategic impact: Direct influence over platform positioning, AI strategy, product launches, market narrative, and enterprise go-to-market execution.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
