Join a forward-thinking technology environment where enterprise applications play a critical role in scaling operations and supporting business growth. As a Senior Enterprise Applications Developer, you will take ownership of the NetSuite ERP platform, designing and enhancing solutions that streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency. You will collaborate with teams across IT, Finance, Operations, and Security to deliver reliable integrations, maintain strong data governance, and uphold rigorous security and compliance standards. The role combines hands-on system development and administration with broader architectural improvements and strategic initiatives. You will also help modernize the enterprise application ecosystem, reduce technical debt, and establish scalable processes that support long-term growth. This opportunity is ideal for a proactive problem-solver who enjoys translating business needs into practical technology solutions within a collaborative, continuously evolving environment.

Accountabilities

  • Manage the NetSuite ERP platform: Administer, configure, enhance, and support NetSuite, including workflows, forms, saved searches, dashboards, roles, permissions, and other platform capabilities.
  • Translate business needs into solutions: Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements, delivering scalable technical solutions that improve enterprise processes and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain integrations: Design, implement, and support secure, reliable integrations between NetSuite and other business-critical systems, ensuring accurate and efficient data exchange.
  • Strengthen security and compliance: Ensure enterprise applications meet organizational security standards, regulatory obligations, audit requirements, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) policies.
  • Improve enterprise architecture: Evaluate existing systems, identify opportunities for modernization and standardization, reduce technical debt, and ensure application solutions remain scalable, secure, and aligned with technology strategy.
  • Resolve complex technical issues: Work closely with Security, Infrastructure, Architecture, and business teams to troubleshoot application challenges, optimize performance, and improve the overall enterprise technology environment.
  • Maintain data quality and governance: Establish and uphold data governance standards, master data management practices, and controls that preserve the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of information across integrated systems.
  • Manage application changes: Oversee configuration updates, customizations, enhancements, and release activities in line with established governance and change management procedures.
  • Document and share knowledge: Maintain technical documentation, solution designs, configuration standards, support procedures, and knowledge articles while providing guidance and training to users and support teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to automate workflows, improve system usability, strengthen controls, and deliver ongoing value through enterprise application enhancements.
  • Professional experience: At least 5 years of experience administering, configuring, and supporting enterprise applications, including substantial hands-on expertise with NetSuite ERP.
  • Business analysis and solution design: Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions and effective application enhancements.
  • NetSuite expertise: Strong knowledge of NetSuite administration, workflows, roles and permissions, saved searches, dashboards, and SuiteFlow. Experience with SuiteScript is preferred.
  • Integration development: Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise application integrations using APIs, middleware, or integration platforms.
  • Architecture and lifecycle management: Understanding of enterprise architecture principles, application lifecycle management, software development practices, and structured change management.
  • Data governance: Experience implementing data governance standards, master data management practices, and data quality controls across interconnected systems.
  • Security and compliance: Strong understanding of role-based access controls (RBAC), Segregation of Duties (SoD), audit controls, security best practices, and regulatory requirements such as SOX.
  • Project and priority management: Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while balancing operational support, system enhancements, and strategic projects.
  • Analytical and troubleshooting skills: Strong problem-solving capabilities, sound technical judgment, and the ability to investigate and resolve complex application issues.
  • Communication and collaboration: Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across IT, Finance, Operations, Security, and other business functions.
  • Documentation and knowledge sharing: Experience documenting business processes, solution designs, system configurations, and support procedures.
  • Ownership and adaptability: A self-motivated approach, a continuous improvement mindset, and a genuine interest in using technology to optimize business processes.
  • Preferred technical skills: Experience with SuiteScript 2.x (JavaScript), SuiteQL for reporting and data extraction, and the SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF) for source control and CI/CD deployments.
  • Additional preferred qualifications: Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies, NetSuite Administrator, ERP Consultant, or SuiteCloud Developer certifications, and integration platforms such as Celigo, Boomi, MuleSoft, or Workato.
  • Competitive compensation: Anticipated annual base salary of $121,000–$190,000 USD, with the final offer depending on factors such as location, relevant experience, knowledge, and skills.
  • Retirement savings: 401(k) plan with a 6% company match.
  • Equity opportunities: Company stock options.
  • Comprehensive healthcare: Medical, dental, and vision insurance fully paid by the employer for employees.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
