- Working knowledge of lending products such as consumer, auto, credit card, and personal loans, as well as deposit products including checking, savings, CDs, and money market accounts.
- Comfort working with REST/JSON APIs, file-based integrations, data mappings, and configuration specifications.
- Experience coordinating integrations across core banking, loan origination systems, digital banking platforms, CRM systems, or similar enterprise technologies.
- Experience using Jira and Confluence for ticket tracking, project management, and documentation.
- Experience with Smartsheet for project plans, dashboards, and executive reporting.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude for documentation, communication, analysis, and workflow improvement.

- Direct, results-oriented communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for executive, technical, and operational audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Legal authorization to work full-time in the United States without requiring current or future employer sponsorship.
