The posting

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Manager, Demand Generation, Digital & Performance Marketing based in United States.

This is a hands-on, strategic marketing leadership role focused on accelerating digital acquisition, engagement, and pipeline growth. You will own performance marketing across paid, organic, search, web, video, and emerging AI-powered discovery channels. The role combines demand generation, conversion optimization, digital experience, creative execution, and performance analytics. You will help shape the journey from audience discovery through website engagement and into meaningful product experiences. As a player-coach, you will balance direct execution with leadership of agencies, freelancers, and specialist partners. You will work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Product, Design, Engineering, and Growth teams in a fast-moving B2B technology environment. This opportunity is ideal for an analytical, entrepreneurial marketer who enjoys building, testing, optimizing, and scaling modern digital growth programs.

Accountabilities

  • Own hands-on paid acquisition and performance marketing across Google, LinkedIn, display, YouTube, retargeting, and other relevant digital channels.
  • Manage allocated media investment and continuously optimize campaigns toward qualified engagement, conversions, pipeline contribution, revenue, customer acquisition cost, and ROI.
  • Partner with Demand Generation and Account-Based Marketing teams to translate campaign strategies, audiences, and offers into high-performing acquisition experiences.
  • Develop and test audiences, creative, copy, formats, landing pages, calls to action, and conversion paths to improve campaign performance.
  • Own website performance and conversion optimization, using behavioral and web analytics to identify visitor drop-off and opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead the digital launch and ongoing optimization of a new product experience, partnering with Product, Product Marketing, Design, and Engineering.
  • Develop and execute experimentation programs across landing pages, website journeys, CTAs, and product engagement experiences.
  • Own SEO strategy while expanding visibility through Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
  • Identify search topics, questions, content opportunities, and technical improvements that increase discoverability across traditional and AI-powered search experiences.
  • Develop and optimize YouTube and broader digital video strategies across paid, organic, social, and website channels.
  • Translate product positioning, thought leadership, webinars, interviews, and events into compelling digital creative, advertising, video, and landing-page experiences.
  • Create lightweight creative and video assets directly when speed is critical while directing agencies and specialist resources for larger-scale production.
  • Define demand goals with Sales leadership and track campaign performance and ROI against quarterly and annual objectives.
  • Drive outbound campaign strategy, campaign briefs, supporting assets, and follow-up programs that align Marketing and Sales and improve lead conversion.
  • Lead digital content programs such as webinars, replay programs, podcasts, live streams, and other emerging formats.
  • Manage conferences, AI-focused events, executive dinners, roundtables, direct mail programs, and customer-focused events, including the Customer Summit.
  • Own inbound lead management, forms, and campaign tracking while supporting the administration of HubSpot.
  • Establish a disciplined experimentation framework and continuously evaluate new channels, technologies, formats, and AI-powered tools that can improve marketing velocity and performance.
  • Use analytics, attribution, behavioral data, and reporting to turn performance insights into clear recommendations and measurable improvements.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in digital, growth, or performance marketing, ideally within a high-growth B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environment.
  • Deep hands-on experience managing paid acquisition across Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant digital channels.
  • Proven ability to optimize digital investment against conversion, pipeline, revenue, CAC, and ROI rather than focusing solely on clicks or lead volume.
  • Strong experience with website optimization, conversion rate optimization, landing pages, digital analytics, A/B testing, and funnel analysis.
  • Strong working knowledge of SEO and emerging AEO/GEO strategies.
  • Experience optimizing web-to-product journeys, free trials, interactive product experiences, self-service experiences, or other product-led digital motions.
  • Strong digital creative, copywriting, and storytelling instincts, with experience producing video and other digital content independently and through agency partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to convert performance and behavioral data into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience managing agencies, freelancers, and external creative or technical resources.
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools to accelerate creative development, content production, analysis, experimentation, and marketing workflows.
  • Experience with marketing automation and analytics platforms such as HubSpot is valuable.
  • Experience in databases, data management, data platforms, AI, developer tools, or data infrastructure is preferred.
  • Experience marketing to technical and enterprise audiences, including developers, data engineers, architects, AI leaders, and technology executives, is advantageous.
  • Entrepreneurial, builder-oriented mindset with the ability to move fluidly between strategy and hands-on execution.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, project management, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of initiatives from concept through execution and optimization.
  • Candidates must reside in the United States and be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Fully remote, work-from-home position within the United States.
  • Opportunity to work at the intersection of AI, data infrastructure, digital marketing, and enterprise technology.
  • Collaboration with experienced engineering, product, sales, and marketing professionals.
  • Significant ownership over digital acquisition, demand generation, web experience, and performance marketing strategy.
  • Opportunity to help shape emerging digital and AI-powered discovery channels.
  • Ability to work across a broad range of paid, organic, creative, product, content, and experiential marketing programs.
  • Travel may be required as part of the role.
  • Opportunity to contribute to the growth of a technology platform serving enterprise customers and technical audiences.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
