This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Manager, Web Strategy & Experience based in United States.

This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for shaping and optimizing a multi-brand web ecosystem across four major digital properties. You will own the web strategy, roadmap, performance, and continuous improvement of the organization’s online presence. The role combines growth strategy, conversion optimization, SEO/GEO, content, UX, analytics, and technical execution. You will turn web experiences into measurable growth engines that attract, engage, and convert B2B buyers throughout the funnel. Working closely with Marketing, Sales, Product Marketing, Content, and Operations, you will connect web initiatives to business and pipeline objectives. You will also lead internal teams and external partners while building a strong culture of experimentation, measurement, and continuous improvement. This is an opportunity to influence a complex, multi-brand digital environment within a remote-first and highly collaborative technology organization.

Accountabilities

  • Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and performance of the organization’s four web domains, ensuring alignment with business objectives, buyer journeys, and pipeline targets.
  • Lead conversion rate optimization across landing pages, website flows, and key conversion paths through structured experimentation and data analysis.
  • Develop and execute organic growth strategies covering technical SEO, on-page optimization, AI-driven search visibility, AEO, and GEO.
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Content teams to ensure web messaging, content, and experiences are clear, compelling, relevant, and aligned with customer needs and buying stages.
  • Continuously improve information architecture, navigation, site structure, and user journeys to strengthen discoverability, engagement, and conversion.
  • Manage a multi-brand web ecosystem, maintaining distinct brand experiences while establishing scalable standards and consistent best practices.
  • Establish and expand a rigorous experimentation program, including A/B and multivariate testing, to accelerate learning and improve web performance.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators covering traffic quality, engagement, conversion, and pipeline contribution, using insights to guide strategic decisions.
  • Oversee web development and technical execution to ensure websites remain functional, scalable, secure, and aligned with modern web standards.
  • Lead and develop internal web resources while managing external agencies, consultants, and vendors, setting priorities, evaluating performance, and maintaining accountability for business outcomes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, Sales, Product Marketing, Content, and Operations to maximize the commercial impact of the web ecosystem.
  • 7+ years of experience in web strategy, growth, digital experience, or a related discipline, preferably within B2B SaaS or technology; HR technology experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience owning a website or web program end-to-end, from strategic planning and execution through performance optimization.
  • Proven success improving conversion rates through experimentation, optimization, analytics, and understanding of user behavior.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO fundamentals, with familiarity with emerging AI-powered search, AEO, and GEO practices.
  • Strong understanding of web content, messaging, information architecture, UX, and customer journey optimization.
  • Experience managing internal teams as well as external agencies, consultants, and technology vendors.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to translate web performance data into actionable priorities.
  • Technical fluency with web development concepts and platforms such as Vercel and Sanity, as well as analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Prompt Watch.
  • Strong project management, prioritization, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive, self-directed approach with the ability to identify opportunities, establish priorities, and drive initiatives independently.
  • A strong experimentation mindset and willingness to test, learn, iterate, and adapt quickly.
  • Experience managing multiple websites or brands within a complex digital ecosystem is desirable.
  • Experience leading teams, agencies, or cross-functional initiatives and holding partners accountable for measurable outcomes.
  • Base salary range of $125,462–$150,000 per year, depending on factors such as skills, experience, and location.
  • Potential additional compensation through performance bonuses and equity.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Remote-first work environment with flexibility to work from where you are most productive.
  • Unlimited paid time off.
  • Learning and development programs, including training, mentorship, and professional development resources.
  • Collaborative, virtual-first culture with opportunities for regular in-person team meetups.
  • Inclusive workplace committed to equal employment opportunity and supporting diverse perspectives.
  • Reasonable accommodations available throughout the hiring process.
