Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute global marketing strategies for the international resuscitation portfolio, translating business, product, and revenue objectives into actionable regional plans.
  • Lead customer and market research, segmentation, competitive analysis, and market-entry planning to identify growth opportunities, adoption barriers, and regional priorities.
  • Guide product positioning, value propositions, messaging, and pricing recommendations using customer, market, and competitive insights.
  • Lead go-to-market strategies and launch plans for new products, programs, and portfolio enhancements, including launch objectives, activation plans, readiness criteria, and performance measures.

  • Develop integrated marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads, increase product adoption, support customer retention, and achieve revenue targets.
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives across webinars, email, social media, digital advertising, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Partner with international sales leaders and business development teams to align marketing activities with commercial priorities.
  • Create and deliver messaging, presentations, campaign materials, sales tools, and customer-facing content for sales teams, distributors, and channel partners.
  • Train and support channel teams, using customer and market feedback to improve marketing programs, sales enablement, and the overall customer experience.
  • Develop and adapt marketing collateral, digital content, presentations, and sales materials for international audiences.
  • Coordinate localization priorities and formal medical, legal, regulatory, and language reviews to ensure content meets regional requirements, cultural expectations, and brand standards.
  • Serve as the primary marketing lead across international regions, internal teams, and external portfolio partners, ensuring alignment on priorities, responsibilities, and execution plans.
  • Represent international customer and market needs in product development discussions and communicate portfolio priorities, launch plans, insights, and results.
  • Lead and develop assigned employees, including goal setting, coaching, prioritization, and performance management, while overseeing agency and vendor partners.
  • Travel internationally up to 20% of the time, including overnight trips.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least five years of progressively responsible marketing experience, including product marketing, go-to-market strategy, or demand generation; eight years of experience is preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare, hospital markets, medical education, medical devices, or a related healthcare sector.
  • Demonstrated success developing integrated marketing strategies that drive product adoption and revenue growth.
  • Experience leading product or program launches across multiple international or culturally diverse markets.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with sales teams and develop effective sales enablement and channel marketing programs.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
