  • Define and execute product plans that deliver high-value, self-service capabilities for financial institutions' back-office teams.
  • Develop business cases, pricing models, packaging strategies, financial forecasts, and investment recommendations for new products and enhancements.
  • Monitor product adoption, performance metrics, financial results, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Compliance, and Operations, to coordinate product development and successful launches.
  • Engage directly with customers, prospects, and industry stakeholders, serving as a subject matter expert on banking operations, back-office workflows, and agentic AI solutions.
  • Communicate product vision, strategy, roadmap, and business value to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Use market research, data analysis, and customer insights to guide prioritization and support evidence-based product decisions.
  • Contribute to the adoption of AI technologies in financial services, ensuring solutions address real operational challenges and deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Support team effectiveness through collaboration, knowledge sharing, leadership, and mentoring.
  • Typically, at least 8 years of relevant professional experience with a bachelor's degree, 6 years with a master's degree, or 3 years with a PhD; equivalent combinations of education and experience may also be considered.
  • Demonstrated experience in software product management or a comparable product leadership role, including roadmap ownership and product lifecycle management.
  • At least 4 years of experience in financial services or a strong understanding of banking operations, such as customer support, compliance, deposit operations, payment processing, digital banking, or lending.
  • Strong understanding of product strategy, customer discovery, market analysis, commercial models, pricing, and financial forecasting.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered tools and solutions, such as Claude or ChatGPT, and an understanding of how AI systems operate.
  • Knowledge of agent development, token economics, AI skills design, and related concepts is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to build, motivate, develop, and mentor high-performing teams.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, customers, and executives.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities, including proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, manage competing priorities, and consistently deliver results.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
  • Flexible work arrangements: Remote opportunities in Canada, with hybrid work options where applicable.
  • Health and wellness: Competitive health insurance options and resources supporting physical and mental well-being.
  • Flexible time off: Flexibility to manage personal commitments and maintain a healthy work-life balance.
  • Paid parental leave: Generous parental leave for eligible new parents.
  • Career development: Access to professional learning opportunities, career growth programs, mentoring, and internal mobility.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
