The posting

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Fraud Risk Platforms based in United States.

This is a high-impact product leadership role focused on transforming how fraud and risk cases are identified, reviewed, and resolved. You will own the strategy and roadmap for scalable case decisioning across automation, AI-assisted review, self-service, and case management. Working closely with Risk Operations, Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, and Compliance, you will turn complex operational challenges into intuitive products. Your decisions will directly influence efficiency, customer experience, risk outcomes, and the ability to scale into new markets. The role combines strategic product thinking with hands-on discovery, prioritization, execution, and continuous optimization. You will use data and measurable outcomes to reduce operational workload while improving decision quality and auditability. This is an opportunity to shape foundational risk technology in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment where responsible innovation matters.

Accountabilities

  • Own and execute an outcome-driven product roadmap for fraud and risk case decisioning, covering AI-assisted review, automation, customer self-service, and case management.
  • Partner with Risk Operations to understand workflows, identify operational pain points, and prioritize opportunities using case volume, handling time, workload, and other performance data.
  • Define appropriate resolution paths for different case types, determining when cases should be automated, AI-assisted, self-served, or escalated to human review.
  • Shape the complete case lifecycle, including case types, states, routing, prioritization, queues, resolution actions, closure criteria, and the evidence required for sound decisions.
  • Lead product discovery and delivery with Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Controls & Compliance, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Translate complex business and operational needs into clear product requirements, acceptance criteria, measurable outcomes, and actionable roadmaps.
  • Establish success metrics and analyze automation rates, workload reduction, self-service containment, AI review quality, decision quality, and operational costs.
  • Ensure the operational impact of upstream risk models, orchestration, and tooling changes is understood before changes reach operational teams.
  • Build strong auditability into automated and AI-supported decisions, ensuring decision rationale and supporting evidence meet applicable requirements, including anti-money laundering and responsible gaming standards.
  • Influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams around product priorities, trade-offs, investment decisions, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, professional experience, and training.
  • 7+ years of product management experience, with a strong track record of owning strategy and delivering complex products.
  • Experience in fraud, risk, trust and safety, or large-scale operational automation environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to define product strategy, develop roadmaps, and lead initiatives from discovery through delivery and iteration.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, including experience defining KPIs, evaluating product performance, and using insights to guide priorities.
  • Experience collaborating across Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Operations, Compliance, and business teams to create scalable technology solutions.
  • Strong understanding of automation, AI-assisted decisioning, risk operations, case management, or foundational technology platforms is highly valuable.
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments, balance strategic objectives with immediate operational needs, and make thoughtful trade-offs.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, with confidence engaging senior leaders and aligning diverse teams.
  • Strong ownership mindset and customer orientation, with the ability to understand user needs firsthand and turn operational challenges into effective experiences.
  • Experience in a regulated sector such as gaming, fintech, payments, insurance, or another highly controlled environment is a plus.
  • Familiarity with customer-facing platforms, internal operational tools, artificial intelligence, and risk technology is advantageous.
  • US base salary range of $136,000–$170,000, depending on location, experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors.
  • Eligibility for additional bonus and equity compensation.
  • Comprehensive employee benefits package.
  • Fully remote opportunity within the United States.
  • Opportunity to work on AI-powered products and large-scale fraud and risk platforms.
  • Exposure to highly cross-functional work spanning product, engineering, data science, operations, analytics, and compliance.
  • Opportunity to influence products supporting expansion into new markets and evolving regulatory environments.
  • Gaming licensing support where required by applicable state regulations.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
