The posting

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior/Staff Product Designer based in Germany.

We are looking for an experienced and craft-driven Product Designer to shape the future of AI-powered sales software. In this role, you will work closely with the founding team to define product strategy, solve complex user problems, and deliver intuitive, high-quality experiences from concept to launch. You will have end-to-end ownership of meaningful product initiatives, influencing both the visual direction and functionality of a fast-growing platform. Working alongside talented designers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders, you will help transform sophisticated AI capabilities into practical tools that empower sales professionals. This is an opportunity to combine strategic thinking, exceptional design execution, and hands-on product development in an ambitious, remote-first startup environment.

Accountabilities

  • Shape product strategy and contribute to key decisions regarding product direction, visual identity, interaction design, and overall user experience.
  • Lead product design projects end to end, from identifying user problems and defining requirements to prototyping, implementation, and release.
  • Design intuitive user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces for new features and existing product improvements.
  • Translate complex workflows and technical capabilities into simple, effective, and engaging experiences for B2B sales professionals.
  • Design AI-powered interactions that help users work more efficiently while maintaining transparency, control, and alignment with their intentions.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers, product stakeholders, and the founding team to ensure high-quality implementation and consistent execution.
  • Contribute directly to product development by translating designs into production-ready code when appropriate, working alongside developers or independently using modern development tools.
  • Maintain exceptional attention to detail throughout the design process, ensuring that the final product meets high standards for usability, functionality, and visual quality.
  • Conduct customer research and gather insights through direct conversations with users and collaboration with Sales and Customer Support teams.
  • Build, evolve, and maintain scalable design systems that promote consistency, efficiency, and quality across the product.
  • Participate in regular design critiques, share constructive feedback, and help establish a strong design culture that encourages continuous learning and high creative standards.
  • Contribute to a collaborative design practice spanning both product and brand, helping strengthen the overall visual and creative direction as the organization grows.
  • At least 6 years of experience designing software products in a product-focused environment, with shipped projects that demonstrate your approach, decision-making, and impact.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional product design, visual communication, interaction design, and the ability to turn complex problems into clear, intuitive user experiences.
  • Excellent design judgment, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong commitment to craftsmanship and continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated experience leading design initiatives in close collaboration with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality design work in a fast-paced environment while balancing strategic priorities, execution, and deadlines.
  • Experience designing complex software workflows, ideally in B2B SaaS, productivity tools, sales technology, or other technically sophisticated products.
  • Understanding of how to design AI-powered experiences that connect advanced capabilities with human needs, user intent, and effective decision-making.
  • Strong prototyping skills and proficiency with Figma, alongside the ability to communicate design concepts clearly through interactive prototypes and visual presentations.
  • Comfort working with code and taking designs closer to production, including familiarity with GitHub and AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, Codex, and Cursor. An engineering background is not required, but a hands-on approach to implementation is valued.
  • Experience building, maintaining, or evolving design systems to support consistency and scalability.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
  • A proactive, curious, and ownership-oriented mindset, with the confidence to make decisions, challenge assumptions, and take responsibility for outcomes.
  • Ability to work effectively within a distributed team and collaborate across time zones.
  • Availability to work within the GMT-3 to GMT+3 time-zone range.
  • Competitive compensation: A salary package aligned with experience, skills, and market expectations.
  • Equity participation: Stock options offering the opportunity to share in the company's long-term growth.
  • Health insurance: Healthcare coverage to support employee well-being.
  • Remote work flexibility: A remote-friendly working environment that supports autonomy, flexibility, and collaboration.
  • Annual company trip: An opportunity to connect with teammates in person at an annual company gathering in a surprise destination.
  • High-impact work: The opportunity to influence product strategy and shape the user experience of an AI-powered platform.
  • Creative autonomy: End-to-end ownership of product initiatives, with the freedom to contribute ideas, make decisions, and bring designs to life.
  • Talented design community: The chance to collaborate with experienced designers across product and brand, participate in regular critiques, and continuously develop your craft.
  • Hands-on product development: Opportunities to work directly with engineers and use modern coding and AI-assisted development tools to accelerate implementation.
  • Growth opportunities: The ability to make a meaningful contribution in a fast-growing startup environment while expanding your product, technical, and leadership skills.
  • Inclusive culture: A commitment to creating a respectful and supportive workplace where people from diverse backgrounds can contribute and thrive.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
