The posting

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior UX / Product Strategist – Sightline based in the United States.

We are looking for a seasoned UX and product strategy professional to shape the next generation of a predictive marketing and business intelligence platform. In this role, you will transform complex datasets, predictive models, and business insights into intuitive digital experiences that help organizations make smarter, faster decisions. You will lead the user experience from early product concepts and user journeys to interactive prototypes and polished, production-ready interfaces. Working closely with product managers, engineers, data scientists, marketers, and business leaders, you will influence product direction while ensuring user needs remain at the center of design decisions. You will also help establish scalable design systems and validate solutions through research and usability testing. This opportunity is ideal for a strategic, hands-on designer who enjoys solving complex problems and building data-driven enterprise products in a collaborative, innovative environment.

Accountabilities

  • Own UX and product strategy across the platform, guiding the design process from initial concepts and user flows through high-fidelity interfaces and production-ready experiences.
  • Translate predictive models, advanced analytics, marketing performance, customer intelligence, commerce data, and business signals into clear, actionable user experiences.
  • Design intuitive dashboards, data visualizations, workflows, planning tools, forecasts, alerts, and recommendations that support informed decision-making.
  • Simplify complex datasets and analytical processes into accessible exploration experiences while preserving flexibility for advanced users.
  • Map user journeys around specific goals, tasks, and decision-making processes for a range of user roles and needs.
  • Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity concepts to test ideas and refine solutions before development.
  • Facilitate design workshops with clients and internal stakeholders, presenting design concepts and rationale to executive audiences.
  • Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to ensure design intent is accurately translated into high-quality production experiences.
  • Partner with data scientists and analysts to determine effective ways to communicate predictive insights and complex analytical outputs.
  • Build and maintain a scalable design system, including reusable UI components, interaction patterns, design standards, and visual guidelines.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing with clients, marketers, analysts, and business leaders to validate concepts and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Contribute to product roadmap development by advocating for user needs, identifying opportunities for value creation, and informing prioritization decisions.
  • Balance usability, business objectives, technical feasibility, and product constraints when making design recommendations.
  • At least 7 years of experience in UX design, product design, or interaction design, supported by a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end digital product work.
  • Proven experience designing enterprise SaaS products and data-intensive platforms, preferably in business intelligence, analytics, marketing technology, advertising technology, financial technology, or commerce.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, prototyping, design systems, and modern product design workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to turn complex workflows, datasets, and technical concepts into intuitive, user-centered experiences.
  • Expertise in designing dashboards, data visualizations, reporting tools, forecasting interfaces, and analytical products.
  • Familiarity with marketing and media analytics, including attribution, conversion funnels, channel performance, and return on investment.
  • Experience influencing product strategy and prioritization while balancing business needs and technical trade-offs with product and engineering teams.
  • Strong knowledge of information architecture, interaction design, user flows, usability principles, and responsive web design.
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing and translating findings into meaningful product improvements.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with product managers, engineers, data scientists, marketers, and business stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain design decisions clearly to clients, leadership, and technical teams.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, media, commerce, marketing measurement, or business intelligence.
  • Experience with AI-powered products, predictive user experiences, recommendation systems, or conversational interfaces is an advantage.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and entrepreneurial, with strong attention to detail, follow-through, and deadline management.
  • Professional demeanor and confidence when engaging with clients and senior stakeholders.
  • Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills are an advantage.
  • Ability to work remotely within the United States or, depending on role requirements, collaborate from an eligible office location. Relocation may be an option for candidates open to working near an office.
  • Compensation: Salary commensurate with experience; a specific salary range is not provided.
  • Work arrangement: Remote work may be available depending on business needs and the responsibilities of the role.
  • Healthcare: Medical, dental, and vision insurance for eligible full-time employees.
  • Flexible spending account: Access to an FSA for eligible healthcare or other qualified expenses.
  • Additional insurance: Voluntary life and accident insurance plans.
  • Retirement savings: 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching.
  • Collaborative environment: Opportunity to work with multidisciplinary teams spanning strategy, design, engineering, analytics, and marketing.
  • Product impact: Help shape a predictive business intelligence platform that turns complex data into practical insights and better decisions.
  • Professional growth: Opportunity to contribute to product strategy, design systems, research, and the evolution of data-driven digital experiences.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
