We are seeking an accomplished strategy executive to lead and scale a high-impact strategy practice across the Americas within a global digital experience and transformation environment. This role combines executive advisory, business development, thought leadership, and strategic team leadership to drive measurable client and business outcomes. You will advise senior executives on brand differentiation, customer experience, data activation, personalization, and AI-driven transformation. As a key contributor to business growth, you will shape complex strategic pursuits, develop differentiated service offerings, and strengthen market positioning. You will also champion AI-native approaches that improve research, strategic development, and consulting operations. Working closely with Creative, Data & AI, and Technology leaders, you will build a high-performing team and help organizations unlock new opportunities at the intersection of technology, creativity, and data. This is a fully remote, full-time opportunity open to candidates residing in Ontario or Québec.

Accountabilities

  • Executive client advisory: Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to CMOs, CIOs, marketing leaders, and other senior stakeholders. Guide clients through complex business challenges involving brand strategy, customer experience, data, technology, personalization, and AI. Develop and communicate compelling points of view on emerging trends and connect brand differentiation with data-driven customer engagement.
  • Strategic pursuits and business development: Partner with account teams to identify, qualify, and develop high-value opportunities before formal procurement or proposal stages. Help clients define their business challenges and strategic priorities, evaluate potential investments, and position integrated solutions spanning brand, creative, data, AI, and technology.
  • Pursuit leadership: Lead strategic opportunities from initial identification through final client presentations and deal closure. Develop persuasive narratives, differentiated value propositions, and solution strategies while collaborating with commercial and pricing teams to align recommendations with business objectives. Coach presentation teams and translate lessons from successful and unsuccessful pursuits into continuous improvements.
  • Offering development: Transform client needs and market insights into scalable, repeatable service offerings. Define how strategy, brand, data activation, personalization, and AI capabilities are packaged, positioned, and commercialized. Continuously refine offerings to reflect evolving technologies, AI capabilities, and market demand while ensuring consistency across practices.
  • Thought leadership and market presence: Represent the organization at industry conferences, executive forums, analyst briefings, and client events. Develop original research, intellectual property, and thought leadership that establish market credibility and strengthen positioning in AI-driven experience innovation. Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
