You will collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, developers, architects, and external partners to translate operational needs into effective integration designs. Your work will support enterprise digital transformation, streamline information exchange, and improve the reliability of complex application landscapes. This opportunity offers the chance to contribute to meaningful technology initiatives within a collaborative, globally connected environment, with flexible working arrangements available.

Accountabilities:

  • SAP Integration Design & Implementation: Design, develop, implement, and support integrations between SAP systems and other enterprise applications. Ensure that integration solutions meet business requirements while maintaining security, reliability, scalability, and performance across complex enterprise environments.
  • Business Requirements & Solution Architecture: Collaborate with business stakeholders and functional teams to understand operational requirements and translate them into effective technical specifications and integration designs. Recommend appropriate architectural approaches that align with enterprise standards and business objectives.
  • Integration Technologies & API Development: Implement integration solutions using SAP Integration Suite, SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), APIs, middleware, web services, and other SAP integration frameworks. Support real-time, batch, event-driven, and API-based integration patterns according to business and technical needs.
  • Enterprise Application Connectivity: Develop and maintain interfaces between SAP and external enterprise platforms, ensuring accurate and consistent data exchange. Work with technologies such as SAP BAPIs, IDocs, REST APIs, OData, and web services to connect systems and streamline business workflows.
  • SAP Master Data & Plant Maintenance: Support integration initiatives involving SAP master data, particularly the Plant Maintenance (PM) module. Apply knowledge of SAP Materials Management (MM), enterprise asset management (EAM), and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to support maintenance, reliability, and asset-related business processes.
  • Troubleshooting & Technical Support: Investigate, diagnose, and resolve integration issues across complex application landscapes. Identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and help maintain the stability, availability, and performance of enterprise interfaces.
  • Security & Integration Governance: Apply appropriate authentication, authorization, data protection, and integration governance practices. Participate in solution design reviews and governance activities to ensure that integrations comply with technical standards and enterprise security requirements.
  • Documentation & Continuous Improvement: Maintain accurate technical documentation, interface specifications, integration standards, and support procedures. Identify opportunities to improve integration architecture, operational efficiency, maintainability, and the overall quality of enterprise solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with developers, architects, functional consultants, business teams, and external vendors to coordinate solution delivery. Contribute technical expertise throughout the implementation lifecycle and ensure that delivered solutions address operational priorities.
  • Project Delivery & Agile Practices: Participate in planning, design reviews, implementation activities, testing, and ongoing support within an Agile development environment. Manage assigned responsibilities effectively while maintaining attention to detail and meeting project milestones.
  • Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or a related STEM discipline, including Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics. Equivalent qualifications should be confirmed with the recruiting team.
  • Professional Experience: At least 10 years of hands-on experience with SAP, IBM Maximo, or another enterprise asset management (EAM) or computerized maintenance management system (CMMS). Demonstrated experience designing and implementing integrations within complex enterprise environments is essential.
  • SAP Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of SAP technologies, tools, and integration frameworks. Strong understanding of SAP master data, particularly the Plant Maintenance (PM) module, with the ability to support complex data flows and business-critical integrations.

  • Enterprise Asset Management: Experience with EAM or CMMS platforms, ideally involving SAP PM or IBM Maximo. Knowledge of maintenance management, asset reliability, maintenance planning, and operational business processes is an advantage.
  • SAP Materials Management: Familiarity with SAP Materials Management (MM) and its interactions with maintenance and asset management processes is beneficial.
  • Integration Architecture: Strong understanding of integration patterns, including real-time, batch, event-driven, and API-based architectures. Ability to design secure, scalable, maintainable, and high-performing solutions across distributed enterprise applications.
  • Databases & Data Modeling: Experience working with relational databases from any major vendor. Solid understanding of data structures, data modeling principles, data quality, and best practices for reliable data exchange between systems.
  • Security & Governance: Understanding of authentication mechanisms, secure data transmission, integration governance, and enterprise technology standards. Ability to incorporate security and compliance considerations throughout the integration lifecycle.
  • Analytical & Troubleshooting Skills: Strong analytical reasoning, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis capabilities. Ability to investigate complex technical issues, evaluate alternatives, and implement effective solutions with careful attention to detail.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Management: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders across functional teams.
  • Organization & Ownership: Strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently. Demonstrated accountability for delivering high-quality solutions and resolving technical challenges.
  • Agile & Team Collaboration: Working knowledge of Agile software development methodologies and experience collaborating across multidisciplinary teams throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
  • Flexibility & Travel: Willingness to accommodate occasional business travel, generally around four to six trips per year, with each trip potentially lasting up to one week.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
