This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. Delivery Engineer based in India.

This role sits within a customer-focused delivery organization responsible for supporting products and services throughout implementation and beyond. You will work directly with customers to ensure successful deployments, resolve technical issues, and deliver against contractual expectations. The position combines technical support, service delivery, customer training, troubleshooting, and collaboration across multiple internal teams. You will help strengthen customer relationships while supporting commercial objectives and ensuring a consistently high level of service. The role also involves developing and delivering technical training tailored to customer and employee needs. You will operate in a dynamic environment where organization, analytical thinking, communication, and the ability to manage complexity are essential. This is an opportunity to build deep expertise in airline network planning and scheduling solutions while working closely with customers and cross-functional teams.

Accountabilities:

  • Provide responsive customer service through telephone, email, chat, and other appropriate communication channels, ensuring customer needs are addressed professionally and efficiently.
  • Support sales activities by developing and maintaining positive customer relationships that contribute to customer satisfaction, retention, and product or service revenue.
  • Ensure delivery objectives and customer expectations are consistently achieved in accordance with contractual commitments and agreed service requirements.
  • Collaborate with multiple internal departments to coordinate critical support, maintenance, implementation, and service delivery activities.
  • Provide post-sale technical support, including product deployment, troubleshooting, issue resolution, maintenance, and ongoing customer assistance.
  • Conduct technical training sessions for customers and employees, explaining complex product functionality and practical usage scenarios clearly and effectively.
  • Work with customer and functional teams to understand training requirements and develop relevant course content and specifications.
  • Contribute across a range of service delivery disciplines, including product support, systems integration, technical support, customer service, customer training, and sales support.
  • Analyze customer issues, identify root causes, coordinate appropriate resolutions, and maintain a strong focus on service quality.
  • Manage multiple priorities and work across different areas of the delivery function as business and customer needs evolve.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with airline network planning and scheduling products or services, either within an airline or a related product and services organization.
  • High school diploma, university studies, or a university degree; technical education or experience is an advantage.
  • Additional experience or knowledge of the travel industry is considered a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint, including the ability to create clear and compelling presentations.
  • Demonstrated ability to present information effectively to small audiences of up to 10 people.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work through complex customer and technical issues.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a professional, customer-oriented approach.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills; Spanish proficiency is an advantage.
  • Proven teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across functional and organizational boundaries.
  • Strong time-management and prioritization skills, with the ability to organize work, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to remain effective under pressure and navigate complex or changing situations with a structured approach.
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM or a comparable customer relationship management platform.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and willing to contribute across different service delivery activities as required.
