The posting

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. Influencer Coordinator based in the United States.

This hybrid opportunity is ideal for a creative, organized influencer marketing professional who knows how to build authentic creator relationships and deliver impactful campaigns. You will manage influencer initiatives from creator discovery and outreach through campaign execution, content review, and performance reporting. Working across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, you will identify emerging talent, develop compelling briefs, and coordinate product gifting, deliverables, budgets, and timelines. You will also help bring the brand to life through in-person creator events and support localized strategies for new audiences and markets. Collaborating closely with social, brand, paid media, and PR teams, you will connect creator content to broader marketing objectives. This role offers the opportunity to combine creative judgment, analytical thinking, and relationship-building skills within a fast-growing, collaborative team.

Accountabilities

  • Research, identify, and evaluate creators across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, considering audience relevance, engagement, content quality, and campaign objectives rather than relying solely on follower counts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective creators, fostering authentic partnerships and expanding reach into new audiences.
  • Manage influencer campaigns from initial concept through final reporting, including creator outreach, briefing, deliverables, product gifting and seeding, content review, posting schedules, and payments.
  • Develop clear, engaging creative briefs that communicate campaign goals while allowing creators to maintain their individual voices and authentic content styles.
  • Review creator content and provide constructive feedback that strengthens quality, brand alignment, and campaign effectiveness without compromising creative authenticity.
  • Maintain accurate campaign trackers covering budgets, timelines, deliverables, creator communications, and performance to ensure projects stay organized and on schedule.
  • Analyze campaign results, including reach, engagement, earned media value, and affiliate codes or links, and prepare clear, actionable performance recaps for leadership.
  • Plan, coordinate, and attend monthly creator activations and events in Los Angeles, ensuring creators feel welcomed, supported, and engaged throughout the experience.
  • Contribute to localized creator marketing strategies for new markets, including Spanish-speaking audiences, to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.
  • Collaborate with social media, brand marketing, paid media, and public relations teams to integrate influencer content into broader marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor creator trends, pop culture, platform developments, and emerging tools to identify new opportunities and recommend innovative campaign ideas.
  • Support creator negotiations and partnership logistics, helping maintain productive relationships with creators and their representatives.
  • 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, social media, talent relations, public relations, or a closely related field.
  • Strong working knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, including platform-specific content formats, audience behaviors, and engagement trends.
  • Experience coordinating influencer campaigns and managing multiple creators, deliverables, schedules, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance data, prepare campaign recaps, interpret key metrics, and communicate insights clearly to stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop engaging briefs, provide constructive content feedback, and maintain positive creator relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly when managing campaign trackers, budgets, product shipments, timelines, and payments.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, prioritize competing tasks, solve problems proactively, and follow through on commitments.
  • Willingness and ability to work in a hybrid arrangement, with availability to attend creator events and team activities in Los Angeles approximately twice per month.
  • Residence in Los Angeles or within approximately 45–60 minutes of the office is preferred due to the role’s event and creator-community responsibilities.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, both spoken and written, is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with creator marketing platforms such as Aspire, TRIBE, CreatorIQ, GRIN, Dash Hudson, or similar tools is desirable.
  • Experience with product gifting and seeding, affiliate marketing programs, or TikTok Shop is an advantage.
  • Previous experience planning or supporting in-person creator events, brand activations, or community-building initiatives is beneficial.
  • Experience negotiating partnerships with creators and their managers, ranging from micro-influencers to high-profile talent, is preferred.
  • A background in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, gaming, or sports marketing is an additional advantage.
  • Estimated annual salary ranging from $68,000 to $79,000, with the final offer based on experience, skills, location, market conditions, and other relevant factors.
  • Annual bonus program.
  • Hybrid work arrangement, with flexibility to work remotely most of the time and attend in-person activities in Los Angeles approximately twice per month.
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance premiums fully covered for employees, with 50% of dependent premiums covered.
  • Basic life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) coverage, with additional voluntary coverage options.
  • Short-term and long-term disability insurance.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with an employer match of up to 4%.
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and Spring Health resources, including access to free therapy and coaching for employees and dependents.
  • Free access to a digital wellness platform for employees and their families.
  • Generous paid time off, along with a dedicated Week of Zen between Christmas and New Year's.
  • Sixteen weeks of fully paid parental leave for birthing and non-birthing parents.
  • Family-forming and fertility support through Maven.
  • Annual gift card to use toward the company's products.
  • Opportunities to build creator relationships, contribute to creative marketing campaigns, and support the growth of influencer programs across multiple platforms and markets.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
