- Assess country- and region-specific factors, including political, regulatory, economic, social, cultural, and supply-chain considerations.
- Engage with project teams, partners, and other stakeholders to gather information and support informed decision-making.
- Participate in site visits when required, contributing to interviews, meetings, field assessments, and technical evaluations.
- Prepare comprehensive written reports, findings, and recommendations based on research, analysis, and stakeholder input.
- Manage assignments independently while meeting project deadlines and adapting to changing project requirements.

- Experience contributing to complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
- Knowledge of country- or region-specific policies related to land tenure, carbon rights, and Article 6 is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver high-quality work within project-based timelines.
- Willingness and ability to participate in stakeholder engagement and, when required, in-person site visits.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to translate technical findings into clear, actionable written recommendations.
- Project-based contract work with assignments varying according to project needs and your areas of expertise.
- Opportunity to contribute to technically challenging projects addressing climate, carbon markets, decarbonization, and natural capital.
