- Build and lead a lean, high-performing team spanning product management, data science, and data visualization.
- Establish effective governance for matrixed data engineering and master data management resources, including formal coordination through a dedicated data products governance structure.
- Present data product strategy, performance, and commercial opportunities to executive leadership, board-level stakeholders, and external partners.
- Oversee the complete data product lifecycle from discovery and definition through development, launch, commercialization, and continuous iteration.

- Partner with data engineering to ensure the underlying infrastructure supports reliable, scalable, and commercially viable product delivery.
- Collaborate with master data management teams to maintain data quality, consistency, and strong underlying ontologies across commercial products.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned in support of organizational and data product objectives.
- Bring 10+ years of experience in data, analytics, or technology, including at least 4 years in product leadership or a role with P&L accountability.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of building and commercializing data products, ideally within healthcare, health IT, or life sciences.
- Have strong product judgment and the ability to identify opportunities that customers and markets are willing to pay for, rather than focusing solely on technical data capabilities.
