The posting

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Visual Designer (Part-time) - E-commerce/Advertising based in Brazil.

This role offers the opportunity to create polished visual experiences for the retail, e-commerce, and digital advertising space. You will transform existing templates and assets into customized materials tailored to different publishers, media platforms, and brand identities. Working primarily in Figma, you will focus on visual execution, layout, typography, composition, and digital mockups. Your work will directly support sales presentations and digital publishing experiences designed to showcase branded content and advertising concepts. The position is project-based and fast-paced, requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work within tight turnaround times. You will collaborate with sales and production teams while working independently across short, on-demand assignments. This is a strong opportunity for a visual designer who enjoys brand adaptation, digital marketing assets, and varied creative challenges rather than UI/UX or product design.

Accountabilities:

  • Adapt existing Figma templates and visual assets to match the branding, layout, and visual identity of different online newspapers, magazines, and digital media platforms.
  • Review prospect websites and identify key visual elements, including typography, colors, imagery, spacing, composition, and overall design language.
  • Create high-fidelity digital mockups demonstrating how branded content and advertising experiences could appear within online publications.
  • Update typography, color palettes, layouts, visual framing, and other design elements across pitch materials and presentation assets.
  • Prepare visual assets and video frames used in customized sales presentations and digital publishing concepts.
  • Make occasional updates to presentation decks, digital collateral, and other visual materials based on project needs.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and production teams to deliver polished, accurate materials within short deadlines.
  • Manage multiple short, project-based assignments independently while maintaining consistency and attention to detail across deliverables.
  • Hands-on professional experience with Figma and strong knowledge of its layout and design capabilities.
  • Strong visual design skills, particularly in layout, typography, composition, color, and visual hierarchy.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to accurately adapt visual assets to different brand identities and design systems.
  • Experience creating digital marketing materials, presentations, branded content, visual assets, or similar creative deliverables.
  • Ability to interpret an existing visual direction and translate it into polished, consistent, high-fidelity assets.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and move efficiently through short, project-based assignments.
  • Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a professional environment.
  • Based in Latin America, with availability to work part-time at approximately 20 hours per week.
  • Experience with online publications, digital advertising, editorial design, marketing, or media brands is considered a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with Figma Auto Layout, components, variants, and shared libraries is desirable.
  • Basic knowledge of motion design or animation, particularly for video frames, GIFs, or simple digital previews, is a plus.
  • Familiarity with digital publishing environments, advertising formats, and editorial website layouts is beneficial.
  • Experience with high-volume visual adaptation or production workflows is an additional advantage.
  • 100% remote work, allowing you to work from the location that best supports your productivity with a laptop and reliable internet connection.
  • Highly competitive compensation paid in USD.
  • Paid time off to support rest, well-being, and work-life balance.
  • Flexible, autonomous working environment focused on results rather than hours.
  • Opportunity to work on innovative, high-impact projects with leading U.S. companies.
  • Access to a diverse global professional network spanning more than 600 professionals across 25+ countries.
  • Collaboration with experienced and skilled professionals in a multicultural Latin American environment.
  • Engagement activities and a culture focused on well-being, work-life balance, and professional growth.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
