Nos encontramos en búsqueda de un(a) Senior Control de Gestión para integrarse a una compañía multinacional líder en su industria. La posición tendrá un rol clave en el análisis financiero y control del negocio, contribuyendo activamente a los procesos de planificación, presupuesto, forecast y generación de información para la toma de decisiones. Buscamos profesionales con sólida capacidad analítica, orientación a la mejora continua y experiencia trabajando con herramientas de análisis y visualización de datos. Se valorará especialmente la experiencia en compañías productivas o industriales.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Participar en la elaboración y seguimiento del presupuesto anual y forecast.
  • Analizar resultados financieros y operacionales, identificando desviaciones y oportunidades de mejora.
  • Elaborar reportes de gestión para la toma de decisiones.
  • Monitorear indicadores de desempeño del negocio.
  • Apoyar en el análisis de estados financieros, flujo de caja y rentabilidad.
  • Desarrollar y automatizar reportes mediante herramientas de Business Intelligence.
  • Participar en proyectos de mejora continua y optimización de procesos.
  • Trabajar de manera colaborativa con distintas áreas de la organización.

Requisitos

  • Título profesional de Ingeniería Comercial, Ingeniería Civil Industrial, Contador Auditor o carrera afín.
  • Entre 3 y 5 años de experiencia en Control de Gestión, FP&A, Finanzas o áreas similares.
  • Manejo avanzado de Excel.
  • Experiencia utilizando Power BI y/o Power Query.
  • Conocimientos en análisis financiero, elaboración de presupuestos y forecast.
  • Deseable experiencia en empresas industriales, productivas o manufactureras.
  • Deseable exposición a análisis de costos y KPIs operacionales.
  • Inglés intermedio será considerado un plus.
