Importante compañía del rubro retail busca incorporar un(a) Coordinador(a) de Contabilidad, quien será responsable de liderar los procesos contables de la organización, asegurando cierres oportunos, la correcta emisión de estados financieros y el fortalecimiento de los controles internos.

La posición combina responsabilidades estratégicas y operativas, participando activamente en el análisis financiero del negocio, supervisión de procesos contables, control de inventarios, conciliación de medios de pago e interacción con distintas áreas de la compañía.

Buscamos un perfil con sólida experiencia en retail, capacidad de liderazgo y orientación a la mejora continua, que pueda desenvolverse en entornos dinámicos y de alto volumen transaccional.

Principales Responsabilidades

  • Liderar y coordinar los cierres contables mensuales y anuales.
  • Preparar y analizar estados financieros y reportes de gestión.
  • Supervisar análisis de cuentas y conciliaciones contables.
  • Controlar conciliaciones bancarias y medios de pago.
  • Supervisar procesos de cajas, recaudación y control de ingresos.
  • Coordinar registros contables asociados a inventarios y operaciones comerciales.
  • Apoyar procesos tributarios y auditorías externas.
  • Liderar y desarrollar al equipo contable.
  • Identificar oportunidades de mejora y automatización de procesos.
  • Participar en iniciativas de optimización de herramientas financieras y contables.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de políticas, procedimientos y controles internos.

Requisitos

  • Contador Auditor o carrera afín. Al menos 8 años de experiencia en áreas contables.
  • Experiencia liderando equipos de trabajo.
  • Experiencia en cierres contables y elaboración de Estados Financieros.
  • Experiencia en empresas de retail, consumo masivo o compañías con múltiples puntos de venta.
  • Experiencia en conciliación de medios de pago, recaudación y control de cajas.
  • Deseable experiencia en procesos de importación e inventarios.

Conocimientos Técnicos

  • Contabilidad financiera y análisis de Estados Financieros.
  • Normativa IFRS.
  • Control de inventarios.
  • Conciliaciones bancarias y medios de pago.
  • ERP contables y financieros.
  • Excel intermedio o avanzado.

  • Orientación al detalle y rigurosidad técnica.

Perfil Ideal

Buscamos profesionales que hayan desarrollado su carrera en compañías de retail, con experiencia en operaciones de tiendas físicas y/o e-commerce, acostumbrados a trabajar con inventarios, medios de pago, conciliaciones complejas y procesos contables de alto volumen transaccional. Se valorará especialmente experiencia liderando equipos y participando activamente en la mejora de procesos y controles financieros.
