En JOBI Company nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a KAM apasionado/a por las ventas técnicas y el desarrollo agrícola para asumir el rol en importante empresa líder en el rubro, ubicada en Los Ángeles.

Objetivo del cargo

Desarrollar y administrar la cartera de clientes de la zona asignada, potenciando la venta de fertilizantes, especialidades nutricionales y soluciones de nutrición vegetal mediante asesoría técnica, gestión comercial y relaciones de largo plazo con agricultores, distribuidores y empresas agrícolas.

KAM- Agroinsumos

  • Cumplir con los objetivos de ventas y desarrollar nuevas oportunidades de negocio en la zona.
  • Prospectar y administrar activamente la cartera de clientes.
  • Brindar asesoría técnica especializada en fertilización y nutrición vegetal en terreno.
  • Realizar visitas técnicas, seguimiento y demostraciones en terreno.
  • Detectar tendencias, necesidades del mercado y oportunidades comerciales clave.
  • Elaborar reportes de gestión comercial, proyecciones de venta y seguimiento del territorio.

Requisitos del perfil:

  • Formación: Titulado/a de Ingeniería Agrónoma. (Deseable especialización en nutrición vegetal, fertilidad de suelos o producción agrícola).
  • Experiencia: Mínimo 5 años en ventas técnicas agrícolas, con manejo de fertilizantes, nutrición vegetal, bioestimulantes y especialidades.
  • Conocimientos: Fertilidad de suelos, nutrición de cultivos, interpretación de análisis y manejo técnico de cultivos de la zona centro-sur.
  • Residencia en Los Ángeles o zonas cercanas con disponibilidad para desplazarse en terreno por la zona asignada.
