El Supervisor de Puesta en Marcha es responsable de liderar y coordinar la ejecución en terreno de las actividades de puesta en marcha de instalaciones solares fotovoltaicas y sistemas de almacenamiento de energía en baterías (BESS). Su propósito es asegurar que las etapas de precomisionamiento, pruebas funcionales, energización y validación de desempeño se completen de manera segura, oportuna y conforme a los procedimientos del proyecto, los estándares del contratista EPC y los requisitos de la normativa técnica de seguridad y calidad de servicio del sistema eléctrico chileno

Principales funciones

  • Liderar las actividades diarias de puesta en marcha de sistemas fotovoltaicos y BESS.
  • Supervisar a técnicos y empresas subcontratistas durante las pruebas y los procesos de energización.
  • Asegurar la disponibilidad de equipos, herramientas, instrumentos calibrados, procedimientos de prueba y formatos de registro e informes.
  • Verificar que los trabajos mecánicos y eléctricos se encuentren finalizados antes de iniciar la puesta en marcha.
  • Ejecutar y supervisar pruebas en terreno.
  • Supervisar las pruebas de comunicación con los distintos dispositivos instalados en terreno.
  • Validar las pruebas funcionales de inversores, transformadores, celdas de media tensión y sistemas BESS.
  • Apoyar la ejecución de pruebas de cumplimiento de los requisitos de conexión y operación del sistema eléctrico, en coordinación con el CEN.

Requisitos

  • Título profesional en Ingeniería Eléctrica, Electrónica o carrera afín.
  • Al menos 2 años de experiencia en actividades de puesta en marcha de proyectos solares fotovoltaicos o BESS.
  • Conocimiento de sistemas solares fotovoltaicos: inversores, strings y equipos de media tensión.
  • Conocimiento de sistemas de almacenamiento de energía en baterías (BESS) (deseable).
  • Manejo de herramientas e instrumentos para pruebas eléctricas y actividades de puesta en marcha.
  • Conocimiento de integración SCADA/EMS y protocolos de comunicación, tales como Modbus RTU/TCP e IEC 61850/101/104.
  • Experiencia con equipos Sungrow, Huawei, Power Electronics o fabricantes similares.
