The posting

Asegurar el desempeño óptimo de los activos PV y BESS mediante el liderazgo de la operación, mantenimiento y gestión de contratos estratégicos, garantizando la continuidad operacional, la confiabilidad de los activos, la seguridad de las personas y el cumplimiento de los objetivos técnicos, regulatorios y financieros de la compañía.

Funciones

  • Coordinar la ejecución de los programas de mantenimiento preventivo, predictivo y correctivo, supervisando contratistas y personal propio en coordinación con el área de Mantenimiento.
  • Administrar la elaboración de bases técnicas para compras, la ejecución de contratos marco, el inventario y la reposición de materiales, consumibles, repuestos y servicios.
  • Supervisar y evaluar los indicadores de operación y mantenimiento (SCADA, KPI) y elaborar reportes y planes de mejora.
  • Coordinar en tiempo real con el Centro de Operaciones y Centro Operación Renovable.
  • Informar la actualización de procedimientos e instructivos técnicos, apoyando la formación y el desarrollo de competencias del equipo.
  • Monitorear el cumplimiento del LTSA contractor BESS e interfaces de garantía O&M PV BESS con EPC contractor.

Requerimientos

  • Ingeniero o Técnico con especialidad en Electricidad, Electrónica, Automatización & Control o carrera afín.
  • Operación de Plantas Solares, almacenamiento de energía, coordinación con centros de control, planificación/ejecución de mantenimiento preventivo, predictivo y correctivo de plantas industriales.
  • Equipos mecánicos rotativos, estáticos, hidráulicos, neumáticos, equipos eléctricos móviles, estáticos, protecciones eléctricas, electricidad de potencia, electrónica, sistemas de control automático y neumática instrumental.
  • Ingeniero con 4 años de experiencia en departamentos técnicos de plantas industriales de preferencia en generación eléctrica de Planta Solar y BESS o Técnico con 6 años de experiencia en departamentos técnicos de plantas industriales de preferencia en generación eléctrica de Planta Solar y BESS.
  • 2 años al menos en cargo de responsabilidad como supervisor de proyecto solar (BESS).
