Job Responsibilities Continuously research for new clients in both local and international markets and generate high-quality sales leads. Contact potential companies and individuals, introduce them to the company's services, and present solutions that match their needs. Build a new database of potential clients when no ready-made database is available. Follow up with prospects and develop business relationships professionally. Coordinate with the internal sales team to ensure leads are converted into actual customers. Develop a deep understanding of the company's services and clearly communicate their value propositions and strengths. Prepare weekly reports on new opportunities and achieved results. Skills & Requirements Previous experience in business development or B2B sales is preferred, particularly in the services sector or a field related to tourism/hospitality, but it is not mandatory. Strong ability to research potential clients and evaluate business opportunities. Proficiency in using CRM tools and communication software. Good level of English. Good English proficiency. Preferred, but NOT mandatory Previous Business Development experience. Previous B2B sales experience. Experience in the services sector.
