Klaar voor een avontuurlijke carrière vol uitdaging én de zekerheid van een vast contract in een voltijdse functie? Bij Jobinson krijg je het beste van beide werelden. We zoeken gedreven Project Consultants die onze Jobinson-familie willen versterken. Wat houdt deze functie in?

  • Beheren en optimaliseren van leveranciers-, businesspartner- en artikelgegevens in Microsoft Dynamics AX en SAP S/4HANA.
  • Waken over de volledigheid, nauwkeurigheid en kwaliteit van de data.
  • Aanmaken en opvolgen van leveranciers, artikelgegevens, technische fiches en bijhorende certificaten en documentatie.
  • Beheren van aankoopprijzen, leverancierscontracten, handelsovereenkomsten en kortingsstructuren.
  • Ondersteunen bij prijsvergelijkingen, analyses en prijswijzigingen.
  • Coördineren en bewaken van de FSC- en PEFC Chain of Custody-certificatie, inclusief auditvoorbereiding, controles, rapportering en opvolging van non-conformiteiten.
  • Beheren van leveranciersdocumentatie, certificaten, houtstromen en complianceverplichtingen.
  • Toezien op het correcte gebruik van FSC- en PEFC-labels.
  • Opstellen van aankoop- en ESG-rapporteringen, analyseren van masterdata en uitvoeren van ad-hoc analyses en data-opvragingen.
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor interne en externe stakeholders en fungeren als verbindende schakel tussen aankoop en legal compliance.

Wij zorgen natuurlijk voor een tof vervolgproject eens deze opdracht ten einde is gelopen!

Wat maakt jou de ideale Project Consultant bij Jobinson voor deze opdracht?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma of relevante ervaring.
  • Je hebt minimum 3 jaar ervaring binnen aankoop, supply chain of een gelijkaardige rol.
  • Kennis van SAP is een pluspunt.
  • Naast een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands, beschik je ook over een stevige kennis van het Frans en het Engels.
  • Discreet en integer in de omgang met vertrouwelijke informatie
  • Je kan goed overweg met MS Office en leert vlot nieuwe programma’s aan.
  • Flexibel in projecten en afstand? Geweldig! Je past je gemakkelijk aan, aan verschillende werkomstandigheden en -tijden.
  • Proactief zijn zit in je bloed. Je neemt initiatief en anticipeert op behoeften en uitdagingen.
  • Jouw honger naar kennis is grenzeloos, en je bent altijd op zoek naar nieuwe uitdagingen.
  • Feedback verwelkom je ter harte om jezelf voortdurend te verbeteren.
  • Als Project Consultant bij Jobinson ben je een geboren teamspeler, maar je kan ook zelfstandig werken.
