We zoeken gedreven Project Consultants die onze Jobinson-familie willen versterken. Concreet zijn we op zoek naar een nieuwe logistiek planner – consultant om ons Project Team in regio West te vervolledigen.

Jouw takenpakket in je eerste project: Als dispatcher/logistiek planner organiseer en volg je de transport- en goederenstromen op, zodat alles efficiënt en tijdig verloopt. Je werkt daarbij nauw samen met de plant manager, productieverantwoordelijke en onze chauffeurs.

  • Inplannen van dagelijkse transporten en optimaliseren van routes voor de chauffeurs
  • Je volgt de levering van A-Z voor goederen op (van ontvangst tot aflevermoment)
  • Het verzorgen van administratieve documenten (leveringsbons, CMR-documenten, etiketten) en orders correct verwerken.
  • Je onderhoudt contact met chauffeurs en productie om informatie helder en tijdig te delen.
  • Voorbereiden van rapporten en planningen, bewaken van kwaliteit voor de administratie, onderhoud en keuringen samen met het team
  • Afwisselend uursysteem:
  • Week A (10u–18u): volledige planning en opvolging van de ritten.
  • Week B (7u–15u): voorbereiding en administratie, zoals bestellingen, CMR’s en opvolging van keuringen en opleidingen.

Wij zorgen natuurlijk voor een tof vervolgproject eens deze opdracht ten einde is gelopen!

Wat maakt jou de ideale Project Consultant bij Jobinson voor deze opdracht?

  • Bachelordiploma of relevante werkervaring
  • Je bent sterk in planning, opvolging en overzicht.
  • Kennis van de Franse (logistieke) landkaart is een absolute plus.
  • Uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en een stevige kennis van het Frans en het Engels.
  • Je kan goed overweg met MS Office en leert vlot nieuwe programma’s aan.
  • Je kan efficiënt, gestructureerd en georganiseerd zelfstandig werken.
  • Flexibel in projecten en afstand? Geweldig! Je past je gemakkelijk aan, aan verschillende werkomstandigheden en -tijden.
  • Proactief zijn zit in je bloed. Je neemt initiatief en anticipeert op behoeften en uitdagingen.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met het toepassen van gangbare AI tools , om efficiënter taken te volbrengen
  • Jouw honger naar kennis is grenzeloos, en je bent altijd op zoek naar nieuwe uitdagingen.
  • Feedback verwelkom je ter harte om jezelf voortdurend te verbeteren.
  • Als Project Consultant bij Jobinson ben je een geboren teamspeler, maar je kan ook zelfstandig werken.
  • Je bent bereid om binnen diverse functies, sectoren en bedrijven te werken.
