Wat houdt deze functie in?

Als Project Consultant versterk je toonaangevende bedrijven — van kleine KMO's tot multinationals — binnen uiteenlopende sectoren zoals customer service, office management, logistics, HR en internal sales. Je werkt mee aan uitdagende projecten en krijgt zo een unieke inkijk in verschillende bedrijfsculturen en processen. Geen dag is hetzelfde!

Het takenpakket voor deze opdracht ziet er als volgt uit:

  • Je verstuurt en stelt officiële offertedocumenten op
  • Het opstellen van offertes en nadien opvolgen voor service (reminders sturen naar klanten)
  • Vergelijken prijzen en aanvragen bij leveranciers
  • Calculaties (rijplaten, afvoer, klima, kelder, Vlarem)
  • Je doet de facturatie van interventies
  • Klachtenbeheer (facturatie, keuringen, service)
  • Garantiegevallen service

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor denk - en redeneervermogen of relevante ervaring
  • Naast een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands, beschik je ook over een stevige kennis van het Frans & het Engels
  • Je kan goed overweg met MS Office en leert vlot nieuwe programma’s aan
  • Flexibel in projecten & afstand? Geweldig! Je past je gemakkelijk aan, aan verschillende werkomstandigheden en -tijden, want niet alle bedrijven hanteren dezelfde werktijden
  • Proactief zijn zit in je bloed. Je neemt initiatief en anticipeert op behoeften en uitdagingen
  • Jouw honger naar kennis is grenzeloos, en je bent altijd op zoek naar nieuwe uitdagingen
